The job that was done was fantastic! I needed help cleaning due to mobility issues, and the team was on it! From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed with the job that they did! Unfortunately, they were helping me do a complete clean out after moving, but if I was planning to stay in the area I would definitely utilize their services again!

I reached out to The Maids this morning feeling completely overwhelmed with cleaning my apartment before hosting a party this Sunday. As someone managing chronic health conditions, I was struggling with the physical demands and felt anxious about the whole situation.

The team of three was able to accommodate my same-day request, which was a lifesaver! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and most importantly - they made me feel completely comfortable. There was zero judgment, just genuine care and excellent work.
My apartment is now absolutely immaculate, and my anxiety has completely disappeared. I can't believe the transformation they achieved in such a short time. The quality of their deep cleaning exceeded my expectations, and I'm now able to rest and prepare for my party without stress.

Garden room really cleaned well! Bathroom sink faucet not cleaned behind and bathroom sink drain also not cleaned around it. Toaster not cleaned out or under. Nice team. Would have them again.

Horrible job. They literally charged us for 4 and a half hours and didn't even vacuum. Both my fiance and I tried to call them after to discuss but they just ignored all our calls. Do not go with them.

Team 1 cleaned while we were away at an appointment. I had washed chair & couch covers in the living room & laid them on the items they covered. When we returned home I was pleasantly surprised to see the covers were all put on the furniture, I hadn’t expected them to do that. Thank you. 😊

I hired this company to do a one time full deep clean of our house for spring cleaning. I was quoted roughly $300-500 which since it was a full house deep clean, I was ok with. However, the cleaning that we received was fine but was not a deep clean as I requested. And we we're charged just shy og the high end of the quote. Following the cleaning I asked for a list of tasks that were supposed to be included in a deep clean - which they provided. Most of the things on the list were not done. When I responded with my concerns regarding the service I got compared to what I was charged they never replied - it's been over a week.

We won't be using this company again as they're considerably higher priced than other services I have used in the past (literally 2x as high) and the cleaning isn't what I'd expect for their prices.

Nice crew. Thorough cleaning. Accommodating. I let them know that I needed the cleaning to be complete by a certain time (travel reasons) and they did their best to make it happen. It's great that MB now lets customers know approximate arrival time.

Hadn't cleaned my apartment since I moved in almost three years ago. Lupita and Mari went through it with a fine tooth comb and got everything dusted, scrubbed, shined and organized. They even cleaned the clutter and made it functional again. Can't say enough, two thumbs way up!

We've had this service for a few months, and it's been an absolute horror for us. We chose this service based on personal reference and ratings, but I'm upset I didn't choose someone else. From the beginning, we were promised a quote that never came because someone got sick. The cleaning personnel showed up without ever having given us a quote, and then we got charged more than the maximum quote itself. While this situation was handled, we were promised someone would come out before next cleaning and talk about the house, estimates, cleaning and the prep we would have normally got. No one showed up again.

Fast forward through a second cleaning that went well, and then next time they came, I had to walk upstairs to figure out why there was massive "banging" in the living room while I was in the basement. Turns out that the cleaning personnel were slamming chairs around on the hardwood floor, scuffing and marking it up while they were moving things around. The same cleaning personnel also broke a component on my entertainment system, and pulled half the wires out supposedly while dusting. It took me an hour to rewire the system and figure out what they had messed up. I was not happy with this at all. Then today, the cleaning personnel show up before the agreed on starting time, while neither my wife nor I are available to answer the door because they were early, and I ended up late to work because of it.

Of four interactions, only one has been acceptable. This is a horrible ratio, and frankly if this is the norm, I'm surprised at the high ratings. While I'm not angry that we've had to cancel the service, I do want others to have a counter-story to these seemingly high ratings that may not tell the whole story.
