I can't say enough good things about this company. I hired them to clean my new house before I move in. The women who came did an amazing job! Their attention to detail was incredible- even to the point of noticing smudges on my front storm door on their way out and they stopped and cleaned the whole glass door right then. Very friendly and hard workers!

I have been a customer for about three years since moving to Milwaukee. Maid Brigade staff are dependable and do very high quality cleaning. I appreciate that they use green products so my home doesn't smell like a chemical factory. Count me as a very satisfied customer!

We just had the team come back in for our first professional cleaning after coronavirus began, and they did a fantastic job! They observed all safety protocols, and our home has never looked cleaner. What a difference! Great work, Maid Brigade.

I am very frustrated with my experience with Maid Brigade. They told me the first clean would be in a range based off time, which I was fine with. However, I was surprised when 4 hours later they were still working, as I have a very small property and I had already done most of the cleaning before they came. I really only needed them to do a once over sweep and then mop, getting into corners and areas I may have had trouble getting to. All in all, I would say maybe 2 hours of work tops.

However, multiple rooms we had discussed were barely touched. Our stairwell had been swept, but there were cobwebs and grime that needed to be mopped clearly ignored. One of our room's door handles was actually broken when we came up to look at it and we had to break the handle off to get inside, just to find the room had also not been cleaned. I'm not sure how it got broken and I won't say it was them, but they certainly charged like they cleaned the room.

We tried to call the service that day to explain that we were dissatisfied and they completely ignored our call. I would describe both their services and prices as bad and strongly recommend you look elsewhere for cleaning services.

Edit: Hello Ms. Ellen. I appreciate your response, however there are some key pieces I do need to dispute. Specifically, I was verbally quoted at between 300ish and 600ish. So we were charged at the extreme high end of our quote, not the low end, as your numbers would suggest. I do not have the specific numbers because I was never emailed the quote as I was told to expect, only the credit authorization. Additionally, after we attempted to contact you, we left a voice mail and most certainly did not receive a response or speak with anyone. Our message stated we were dissatisfied and felt that both the entire property discussed had not been cleaned and mentioned our concern about cost given the duration the maids were here.

As I selected on the "what do you not like about this business"- not responsive/not professional. I called maid brigade repeatedly to purchase a move-out cleaning service given that I was moving out of an apartment in the upper east side of Milwaukee. On all occasions, the representative said they would call me back to schedule the service. I ended up contracting another compant and they never returned my calls to schedule the service. That being said, I keep receiving text messages from Maid Brigade in order to review and rate their service. Therefore, I am adding an honest and simple review.

I spoke to Nancy from maid Brigade. She contacted the maids they came to my house, I needed some extra help , after the bathroom remodeling. The maids cleaned everything I asked for. After, that I was so happy I asked the maids to come once a month. I'm very satisfied

I have been using the Maid Brigade service for many years. Before I retired I had them several times per month Although I don’t use them as regularly anymore, I do trust them and am always happy to have them come and do deep cleaning and catch up for me. They are very attentive accommodating and communication is easy. So now I find it helpful to have them come for special occasions, overnight visitors or events in my home. It takes a great deal of stress off of my entertaining! They will do any service you ask and add the extra little touches to linens, etc.
