Platinum Restoration Services are an EXCELLENT carpet cleaner service. We had a miscommunication in the beginning, but Jeremy was very professional and he did a great job with providing his carpet cleaning service. I strongly recommend him for any of their services! Thank you Jeremy!

I never post reviews of companies on here, but Jeremy was so disrespectful and rude I feel I had to. I am not sure how they have mainly positive reviews because he swore multiple times well speaking with my girlfriend saying how his company is doing us a huge favor by being here. We just bought a house and wanted it cleaned good before we moved in so it's not like it was disgusting. Also I don't know how he is doing us a favor when we are paying for his services. So no I will never be using platinum again.

It was a pleasure working with Platinum Restoration. Their customer service was excellent. I had my tile and carpets cleaned. The technician was very knowledgable and was very open to inform me of optional additional services, completely up to me to help with the pet dander and dirt from my big fluffy dog. I was very happy about that otherwise I wouldn't have known there was something to help with dog dander. My carpets turned out fabulous, I had a huge stain that I didn't know if it would come out but it did, and the carpets smelled very nice as well. Also my tiles in my bathroom and shower stalls came out looking like brand new, no more dirty grout lines!!

Update: After I posted my original 1 star review (see below), Jeremy got in contact with me and was very apologetic for the miscommunication. He was able to reconfigure his schedule to fit our needs, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we did not use his service because the landlord already made other arrangements for carpet cleaning. I am still omitting a star for the hassle and initial lack of response. Many owners would not take the time to contact an angry customer. He genuinely wanted to ameliorate the issue, hence the now 4 star review.

Original review: This was the biggest disappointment! I emailed Jeremy with all my information, phone number, and date I needed service. We are required to have our carpets cleaned upon moving out of our apartment, so I scheduled this way in advance (almost 2 months ago). Everything was good to go. Closer to our move out date I emailed twice to confirm the time and did not get a reply after several days. I finally called the day before the scheduled date to confirm the time only to be told that not only was my phone number incorrect, but the DATE was scheduled for a completely different day than what we agreed to in the email! The receptionist tried her best to get someone to come out, but it was too late and nothing could be done. She said they had a slot for a later date, but we will be moved out by that time. I am so disgusted that Jeremy refused to uphold his end of the bargain. I am also puzzled at how incredibly incorrect my information was recorded. I mean, emails can be read an infinite amount of times! Now we will be charged for not having it done. The worst thing is that Jeremy couldn't even give me the courtesy of an apology. An apology by the receptionist is unacceptable. This was Jeremy who dropped the ball, not the receptionist. Based on the current reviews they may or may not do a great job; I'll never know. I would recommend going with a different company that will accurately obtain the customers information, respond to questions in a timely manner, and actually show up when they promised. Hope this helps someone avoid the unfortunate experience I had.

I had Jeremy and another team member out to do my furniture and carpet and 3/8/17. I highly recommend them! They were informative, professional, and provided excellent customer service! They went above and beyond my expectations and even did some extra work. My family business always had the motto to give your customers a little more than they expect and you'll keep your customer, and it seems this company follows that standard as well. I will definitely have them back!

This was my first time with any carpet cleaning service. Jeremy arrived during the hour range he said he would, and provided a good service. My ex-roommate had a cat, with all the problems that entails. The carpet was restored, and the place looks and smells great. I'll look them up again if I ever need my floors cleaned again.

I wanted area rugs cleaned as a wolfdog we'd adopted left behind unknown pee spots. The area rugs are now so clean and no longer smell . I was amazed by how quickly the rugs dried. I've had rugs cleaned in place before (by other companies) and it took days for the rugs to dry. Jeremy responded quickly to my voicemail message, scheduled within a week, arrived on time, and was very pleasant to work with. In fact, I asked him for estimates for cleaning my window and power washing the house. His estimate arrived promptly and seems very fair so I will be scheduling this additional work

Platinum Restoration Services are a 5 star local business. After having a very sick dog, Jeremy came to our rescue. He turned my filthy couch into something that looks brand new. Jeremy gave me suggestions and several options of what services Platinum Restoration offered. He also cleaned our carpets. We moved into this apartment 2 years ago. I thought the carpet color was a light gray. When he was finished they were a beige! Thank you so much, Jeremy! My house looks beautiful and smells clean! I highly recommend Platinum Restoration Services for upholstery and carpet cleaning!

I just had my carpets cleaned by Jeremy and I was exceptionally pleased with the results. I had a few deep stains and they all came out. I have pets and my carpets look brand new and there is no evidence of any animals on my carpets and it smells terrific. I had my air ducts cleaned out as well and I suffer from allergies and asthma and I can breathe easier now. Jeremy moved the furniture for me that I was unable to do so before hand. He arrived on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend Platinum Restoration to anyone that is in need of clean carpets and air ducts. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up the water damage in my in-laws BRAND NEW house. They come out within the hour, and promptly came back to double check their work.Highly recommended!

Jeremy did a great job painting our bathroom, hallway, a bedroom wall, two ceilings and fascia boards on the garage. He was here on time and spent all day at our home painting. My husband and I would recommend Platinum Restoration Services.
