I had Jeremy from Platinum come out to my new to me house and since the prior owner had a pet I knew I needed a carpet cleaning and also got a duct cleaning. He showed me the process and explained how it will help the air quality my family will breathe. I also had the tile floors steamed and the before and after was amazing. My grout lines look brand new and went from brown to the initial lighter color. Jeremy's work is amazing and best of all he is respectful, valued my property and I could tell he took pride in his work knowing that he was helping my family be healthier in our new home. A very caring company, I can tell they care about the people that they service. I would highly recommend Platinum to anyone, and you should definitely get this service if you just bought a house! I have a much better feeling with how much cleaner and healthier things will be for my family!

Jeremy did a great job on my client's water-damaged house. He was able to diagnose multiple issues from an upstairs bathroom to the living room, electrical, and drywall/wood. He did a lot of work himself and brought in intelligent and hard working subcontractors as needed. Jeremy was communicative and respectful of clients' time. I'm very glad we found him and his team.

2 weeks ago we had our air ducts cleaned followed by carpet cleaning on the same morning. Jeremy did a wonderful job. The communication regarding the work, the price, the appointment and the process were all very clearly explained. There were no surprises nor upsales. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and will definitely use them again.

The way the man got here so quick and did such an amazing job for a category 3 clean up in my basement, I could kiss him on the mouth. I absolutely 11/10 recommend. Water and sewage ankle deep and he came to the rescue so fast. Almost everything I had is still salvageable because of the quick clean up. Amazing service and such a great attitude!!

Our refrigerator water line had a slow leak, causing significant damage. After an unfortunate experience with another contractor, we hired Platinum Restoration to do water damage restoration and reconstruction. Drywall, carpentry, paint, electrical, and general repairs were needed. Everything went smoothly. Jeremy is conscientious with a high level of attention to detail in his work. Workmanship and finish were outstanding. Pricing was clear and upfront. After the reconstruction was finished, we had Platinum Restoration clean the air ducts. Again, pricing was clear and upfront. Quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend -- A+++++ rating.

Purchased a Groupon and was up-charged for 100% more than the price! Late to the appointment. Rushed the job. Carpet was left hard and filthy! No refund or reschedule to fix. The pictures are AFTER the cleaning and drying. The service I paid for was “sanitizing and cleaning” for $130. Basically, it’s just wet your floor and vacuum.

This is the third year that Platinum Services came to my house to do my carpet and area rug. I originally found them on Groupon and they honored the coupon for the next following year. I’m always satisfied with the results. I needed to get my carpets cleaned quicker than normal and Jeremy the owner fit me in for a rush job! The house smells so clean and dirt and dust free.

I recently bought a new home, and when I called Jeremy, he responded right away. He did an incredible job cleaning the sectional that had been left in the basement. It was covered in dog hair, which caused me to have an allergic reaction. After Jeremy cleaned it, the sectional felt soft and fresh, and I couldn’t find any dog hair left. He really took his time and did a thorough job.

Not only did Jeremy clean the sectional, but he also came back two days later to clean and suction out all the vents in the house, which were filled with dog hair. Now, the air is so much cleaner and fresher. When I turn on the air or heat, I no longer see dog hair floating around or settling on the floor.

Jeremy came over right away at my landlords request to pull our moldy carpet and assess the mold situation in the floor and walls. Once he let the landlord know the extensive mold damage he was instructed to pull the carpet then she did not want to pay him. We felt so bad for him he was so nice and caring. So if someone comes on here ranting that Jeremy is a "bully" and other terrible things about this nice man please disregard all she says. I wish I could say her name.
