TL:DR-- BOOK WITH JEREMY. He is does an amazing job and is the real deal. Seriously. Why are you still reading and not booking with him?

I have two big dogs-a shepherd lab and shepherd husky- and three kids. It was time for a deep cleaning of our carpet and sectional couch. Jeremy was upfront on pricing and didn't pull a bait and switch like those other guys do giving you a low price then charging 2 to 3 times what they quoted when they are done.

As for the job... my wife was working and came home to a "just like new" carpet cleaned and deodorized and couch too. She was over the moon at the job Jeremy did. He expertly removed the dog and kid funk out of things making my wife happy. Double win!!!

Jeremy is a professional and very nice to work with. He has earned our family's trust and official "I have a guy..." status for the work he does. Looking forward to him coming back.

We had Jeremy from Platinum Restoration clean my carpet and it looks and smells amazing! He was on time, professional and explained everything very thoroughly from the start of the job till the end. We will be using them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!

Steven Maid Service not only helped get my home clean and organized, but they also provided constructive criticism to get me on track to keeping up with my home cleanliness myself. He and his team are very efficient, and thorough, and genuinely nice people.

Used this service to do a deep clean of an empty townhouse before new tenants moved in. Hired for 4 hours of work and I can't figure out what was actually completed. The work that was done wouldn't have taken more than a hour. With cleaning solution still on the items that were touched. The house was left in a manner I assumed they had to leave for an unexpected reason. Only to find out they were done and not planning on coming back without me paying more.

I used a different service for just a little more and very satisfied with their work.
