Niko my service tech was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Very happy with the service! Donovan and Niko showed up on time, were friendly, worked hard on all air and furnace units. They did a great job of explaining the things that needed to be done to improve my air conditioning.

Came out the same day I called found problem of loose connections that was left by another heating business that installed a new board and was out twice and didn't find their own mistake

We had Doug out for our seasonal boiler inspection and to renew our maintenance program.

The servicing person was even ten minutes early. He was polite and explained everything he was doing as I asked questions, being new to having a furnace. I was very pleased with the service.

I had a furnace installed and the tech guy his name was Jose did an outstanding job and replacing my furnace. It was only him and one of the coldest days of this year and he was done in less than eight hours. Not to mention he even cleaned up after himself. I definitely will recommend this company to others.

Was very thorough and meticulously clean. Verified voltages and pressures throughout system. Also verified blower motor capacitor values, too. External unit was cleaned after the cover disassembly. Spring tune-up special was a great value, too.

Follow up: AC was very noisy after this service. Turns out one of the external panels was making the noise. Replacing a screw with a slightly longer one and adding one solved the issue. I was charged a service call fee. Disappointed.

The AireServ techs are my heroes! Very responsive, reasonably priced.

My home warranty assigned Aire Serv when I placed my call for help. Aire Serv did a freer job.

Doug and his staff at AirServe are the best. I won’t have anyone else work on my Havc system. They are punctual, honest , clean and fair priced. I recommend them to all of my friends family.

Excellent service, showed up quickly to fix our furnace on the coldest day of the year.

Happy to report I received super quick resolve of my HVAC System failure. It required a new part that had to be ordered and picked up, then installed. All fixed in less than 3hrs. Just in time for today's predicted heat! Many Thanks Doug!

Doug did a great job taking out the birds' nests and cleaned out our outdoor ducts. This company knows what they are doing. And the price was fair for the job. Other companies are limited in what they do. I highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Niko , not only did Niko show up on time and ready to go , he showed up ready to be as honest as possible after carefully checking the whole ac system and not finding really much wrong , he advised me to replaced the capacitor due to age and not testing where it should be which I agreed . He walked me through the process and showed me how to even do it . I then proceeded to ask him with some help on my thermostat and he went out of his way to show me and explain to me the answer to the question I had , thanks Niko for not only being a great employee but an overall great human being , during this time a lot of people are dealing with many stressful situations after the flood so it was nice just to have a genuine person helping instead of trying to upsell, you guys gave a customer for life , and I will be requesting Niko for my future services .

Dakota weight options available and a choice was taken from there. Dakota took his time and took pride in his work. Very nice young man.

Prompt but poor workmanship

Although Aire Serv of West Allis was very prompt, I can not recommend them because of the poor workmanship. This company was selected by my AHS Warranty to repair (and eventually replace my furnace). The owner, Angel, was very helpful in working with my warranty company to find a replacement unit and they were out within a day to install.

Even though they were very prompt there were multiple issues of poor workmanship that followed:
1. After about 8 hours the furnace cut off and wouldn't run.
* They returned to repair and said a PVC pipe for exhaust had been incorrectly angled / installed and caused the shutoff.
2. During this visit I made them aware that the duct work they built around the new furnace was leaking around all edges.
* They used silicone (sloppily) to repair it and told me it was fixed before they left.
3. Once they left I went down to inspect and found PVC dust everywhere and noticed they didn't seal the one side of the duct, so air was still dumping out of it.
* This required another visit to patch up the duct to create a proper seal.

This was 3 visits within 24 hours - if handled properly it could have been one.

They were great at communicating from the home office and worked to remedy issues quickly, but because of the poor workmanship I would NOT recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

Highly recommend Air Serve! They are honest, dependable, trustworthy and good at their craft. Have exceeded our expectations, every time we have used them!

I called at 4am about my furnace not running right, they got me in the same day in the afternoon. Doug, the owner, came and got it fixed on the same trip. Love this company!
