Son arrived on time and start working immediately he even took time to inspect our heating ducks which showed us that we need to get them cleaned out. He even found something a discount to lower the cost. Great attention to detail didn't try to force us into buying anything that we didn't already needed would love to recommend using him again.

Aire Serv team is professional and knowledgeable. I've bought a new house last year and the HVAC system failed on us. Aire Serv was able to come in and replace the whole unit quickly. Since then I've had no problems and enjoyed a great mainenance contract with them. Five stars and more. I would fully recommend this company.

A lot of dishonesty. Between AHS Insurance and Aire Serv/ Service pro or AGR LLC.(Many Names) After 10 months of back and fourth conversation between the two and get Fox 6 Investigators involved I finally got the furnace replaced. The work wasn't as I expect the quality to be and was charge for material that wasn't used. I requested for them to comeback and properly install and seal the exhaust and stabilize the unit. The Manager came out with the techs and supervised repairs. After talking with the manager about billing and materials plus labor, I was told they do not have anything to do with cost and labor the insurance tells them how much to charge. I don't how you can give someone a complete receipt with Material, Labor and Fabrication before the work or install has been complete.

I trust the owner and his techs so much that they have moved with us to each home we've owned. Service has always been outstanding and they make sure I am getting my money's worth at every visit.

I’ve been using these guys for a few years for my rental properties. They are always responsive and extremely reasonable. They do good work and follow up if there are ever issues. Good communication and excellent notifications for technician appointments.

Dakota was able to identify the issue which we thought was with our water heater and ended up being with our furnace humidifier. Attempted to patch but when that didn’t work, provided multiple options. Thoroughly explained and was able to quickly action our choice to replace the unit. Ian is my hero! Not only did he get my AC up and running he was kind, professional, and polite. I would absolutely give him 5 stars! Also, Jess in the office is spectacular, she was very helpful and explained everything so I was able to understand it. Y'all rock!

Called this company and found out it was just purchased by a new owner- the customer service was outstanding! The tech walked me through everything that he did to my furnace for a tune up, he put it in terms that I could easily understand and showed me pictures and videos of everything they did. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

We had our AC go out and it was 86 degrees in the house! Air Serv sent Niko over the same day and he troubleshooted the problem and gave a super thorough report so that we knew all of our options. When the time came to replace the unit, we knew who to call! Donovan and Niko sweated it out in the summer heat to get our new unit installed. They were so kind and thorough and we were up and running with a cool house before the end of the business day! Jess in the office was equally kind and helpful — I can’t recommend Air Serv highly enough.

Yesterday we had Ian and Donovan do our Spring tune up. They noticed my furnace fan needed a cleaning and my air conditioner had a capacitor that was failing. While Ian removed the fan and cleaned it thoroughly, Donovan made a special trip back to the warehouse for a new capacitor.

Between their maintenance program and actual service, we have never had heat or A/C problems. Better running equipment costs less electricity to run and lasts longer. Furthermore, the number and severity of allergy related illnesses has dramatically decreased in our family after upgrading our furnace with whole house humidification and UV HEPA filtration.
