The tech Niko Lewis is the best. So friendly and kind. Takes the time to explain. Also, I really appreciate that he is super with my very large dog and cat. I want him to always be my tech.

Communication to schedule was very fast and easy to schedule, we had Niko come out the same day! Niko was extremely knowledgeable, honest, took the time to inspect everything, explained well and answered all our questions. Overall, a pleasure to work with Niko and Aire!

This is the 2nd time I’ve called Aire Serv for an emergency. The fist was this past summer during the heat wave. They were able to replace our broken AC Unit within a week’s time. This 2nd time our furnace went out in the middle of the night. We had to spend the rest of the night with no heat, but Niko came by and helped fix everything plus gave us greasy education on furnace and ac maintenance. I don’t see myself going to any other hvac company anytime soon. Everything is 10/10 from dispatch, customer service, and technicians
