Devix Heating & Cooling has serviced both my residential and commercial properties for several years. They have consistently provided prompt, professional service at a very reasonable price. The technicians are always friendly, reliable and knowledgeable.

They came out the same day that I called them for a quote on replacing my furnace and AC. They were able to do the installation 2 days later on the 3rd of July. They sympathized that we were without AC during some hot days and fit us into their installation schedule in short notice. They worked extra hours to complete the installation before the long 4th of July weekend. They ran into an electrical problem that my old AC cause which caused them to work long hours to complete the job but they went above and beyond to work through the problem without an increase in cost.

I want to start by saying this is zero worry choice. I contacted them 7/16 at 5pm when my central air unit started failing. They said they could come out for an emergency call or be by me the next day between 8-11. They were here by 9 am, unit was extremely outdated (40 years old). They double checked just to make sure parts were not available to repair before we replace. Unfortunately it was way out of date so we went to option to replace. With the heat and the extremely busy schedule, they moved stuff around and we’re back by 11:30 same day to put in a new unit and coils. By 2:50 they had the job completed and my house was finally starting to cool down. They do quality work, they are professional and polite, and most importantly they do quality work for a decent price even at the busiest times. No one I knew had HVAC people so now I have a stack of business cards to give to all the people I know that didn’t have a place.

Would like to thank the owner Isaj for the good job him and his staff did on my recent furnace and A/C purchase and installation. His employees were punctual and had a good eye for detail. They were also cordial to work with. Thanks for the good job. Would reccomend to anyone.

I bought a home last year and I knew the furnace was old. Devix tuned-up the furnace and didn't pressure me to buy a new furnace and said it still had a few years left on it. I appreciate the honesty and was totally expecting a hard sell on buying a new furnace.

Had a new a/c unit installed last Friday.Meng and Ashton were great very professional did a excellent job every thing looks great you can tell that they take pride in their craftsmanship.new Bryant unit is working great and it’s very quiet.This is the third time I have used Devix furnace in2009 moms a/c in 2015 and now this one. furnace and mom’s a/c still run great.we have them serviced every other year by Devix’s I highly recommend them. Devix was amazing today. Our furnace was not working and they were here within 2 hours. The technician solved the problem without having to sell us a new furnace. He was polite, clean and so professional. When it does come time to buy a new furnace I will definitely call Devix.

I hired this company to come out and fix my air conditioning unit, the unit was not blowing out cold air. They came out and corrected the problem, but two days later the same problem occurred. The owner was quick to come back out and review the situation. It was then determined that we needed a new central air unit, the owner was kind enough to credit us the money we had already spent two days prior on a new air conditioning unit. Therefore, we didn’t waste any money.

The employees were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I had no heat, They came out within the hour, they tried saving my furnace but unfortunately the cost to repair was not worth it, I’m very happy they installed a new Bryant gas furnace. Very respectful people, went above and beyond explaining other things about my house that helped me. Thanks again. I’m very happy. I already Referred them to my cousin.

The owner Defrim came out, was very professional and gave me an very affordable quote. The work was done in one day. Jason and Lao come out, did an amazing job, were very professional and made sure everything was working before they’re left. Top of the line company and workers. I wanted to replace both my furnace and AC systems since they were getting old and I was worried about them reaching end of life. I got several estimates but Devix by far was the most competitive. They arrived to the job on time and got right to work, they worked diligently throughout the day to make sure everything got completed and was up to my expectations. Excellent work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to either repair or replace their HVAC system.

Had a diagnostic done for a great price. Unfortunately the problem was electrical so they couldn't work on it. The guy was very helpful, efficient, thorough, and friendly. I would definitely call them again for any other issues with my central air or heating.

This company is highly recommended, I called on a Sunday about my furnace and the gentleman I was speaking with was so invested he had me send videos and asked me numerous questions to try and see what the problem was….. We still couldn’t find the problem but he came out right away the next day, and got my furnace up and running…. If I could rate them more then 5 stars I would!!!!!!!!
