Ziad arrived within 45 minutes of my call for service. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend Done Right Air.

I cannot recommend Done Right Air enough! A year ago, they upgraded my AC unit for installation at no extra cost because the unit originally quoted wasn’t in stock — a true sign of honesty and customer-first service. Just recently, my thermostat (installed incorrectly by ADT, not even by them) stopped working. Even though it wasn’t under warranty, Done Right Air came out (SAME DAY) fixed the problem, and didn’t charge me a dime.

They are always on time, reasonably priced, and incredibly detail-oriented, making sure every job is done the right way — no shortcuts. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind their work AND goes above and beyond for their customers, but Done Right Air truly delivers. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my HVAC needs!

I’ve been using Done Right for a while now, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Zeyad and Seif are super professional and easy to work with. Anytime I’ve had issues with my AC or coolers, they’ve been quick to respond and always fix things in a timely manner.
What I really appreciate is how they take the time to explain what went wrong and why it happened . they don’t just show up, fix it, and leave. They actually make sure you understand what’s going on.
Also, their SMS system is a nice touch. You get a text when the technician is on the way with an ETA, so you’re not sitting around guessing.

Great service even more of a great job than I thought it would be. Done quick and it didn't take long at all. Had a problem with heat and had to change the whole thing, all it took was a call and now I couldn't be happier with this outcome! My thanks goes out to the whole team, done right and quick!

I guess it was good as the unit seems to be working , but found it very odd that no one came in to tell us the repair was complete. Basically, I am satisfied as you all communicated that you were going to come when the unit came in, communicated that you would be out the next day, but seems odd to not the word that the work was complete. I turned the system on the next morning and it was working so that was the first that we had confirmation. Also kind of weird to be responding in this very public way.

E&R is amazing. I found a puddle of water in my basement and 1st thought it was the water heater. After moving cabinets and miscellaneous items we discovered water was coming from our heating and A/C unit. We called for service at 7pm and Ryan was at our door before 8pm. Knew exactly what to look for and fixed it right away. We are glad we went with this company when we purchased this unit a few years ago!

We’ve hired E&R for our heating and cooling needs for well over a decade! They are always on time, courteous, and do dependable work. The great thing about them is they will try EVERYTHING within reason to repair your existing unit before suggesting replacement/upgrade. That’s the way it’s supposed to be! They’ve kept our furnace running great through more than a few tough Wisconsin winters for much longer than it was supposed to last! Ryan is great professionally and personally. It’s really nice to see him now training his son. I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service! They came at 8 PM, which we really appreciated since it was after regular hours. They quickly fixed our cooling system and were very professional and polite. Reliable and efficient—I highly recommend them!

E&R is the number one (1) company to use to solve your problems. Our duplex house basement was flooded out with water during the heavy rain on August 9th 2025, and our two gas furnaces stopped working during the weather. We called several heating and cooling companies, but when the technicians came, they only looked at the furnaces and said two of them are shot, meaning burnt, damaged, but we haven't seen one of them test the motors, or circuit boards, but they said from the circuit board's are damaged the two motors are damaged also. My wife called E&R heating and cooling made an appointment. On 23rd of August 2025, Two E&R technicians came inside the basement and I saw them testing the two circuit boards and motors and the motors were working. They them left to purchase the two circuit board's and returned with two new ones and installed them and the two furnaces are working great. Thank you, From Eric & Michelle

Cannot rave enough about Ryan and his crew, so amazing, so fast, saved us $$$ we went thru 2 other techs unfortunately before Ryan and wish we found him sooner. Other techs upselling whole new systems and Ryan figured it out. Also came in a bind when we needed it. Highly recommend! Very professional and fast team.

Ryan fit us in on Monday August 11, 2025 after having our basement flooded. He came at 7:00pm. Assured us that our furnace was good and he was able to save our waterheater. I would recommend them in an instant.

I called when our furnace went out, and he came the next day! Very professional, quick, and got us up and running in no time! He also took a look at our A/C that hasn’t been running in a couple years and got that working too! Can’t thank him enough.

Fantastic staff, friendly service, prompt help when others competitors were too busy to help within two weeks when we experienced major losses after a flood. We were without a furnace/air-conditioning unit and a water heater and they were able to get us back in line within a week. Being that it was summer air-conditioning first water heater second and then furnace third. I truly appreciate their service.
