My water heater died and I called E&R Heating thinking it would be a few days before they could get to me. They asked if they could come the next day and within 24 hours of the water heater breaking I had a new water heater and hot water. They did an amazing job installing the new water heater. I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of heating, cooling, or water heater work.

Ryan was able to come out the day I called. Showed me why some rooms weren’t getting heat and fixed the issue. He and his son serviced both furnaces and I feel confident that we’ll stay warm this winter

We had our hot water heater replaced. Ryan and his son showed up on the time they said they would be there. They had the job done in a very timely manner and were able to do the job the day after I called for service. Very dependable, highly recommended.

Brett of E&R Heating was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to the service that was provided on my two furnaces. He identified an aging issue that was brought to my attention and expertly replaced the identified piece with my approval. He was extremely courteous and provided wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend using this great company again as they stand by their work and are reasonably affordable.

Called E&R Heating on a Tuesday evening because my furnace was not blowing hot air. To my surprise they said they’d be here in 30 minutes. Sure enough they showed up, and started to troubleshoot the unit. I chatted with them for most of the time, they are very nice guys who do excellent work. They fixed it up that night, and the house is now warm and ready for winter.

I realize everything goes up in price. Not E&Rs fault. The guys that did the removal and install of the new Furnace were great to work with and did a great job. I would definitely use E&R again.

Our furnace stopped working on Friday night, on Saturday I called a different Heating Co. to check it out. They did not have the Ignitor our furnace required, and could not get it until Monday. They needed to order the part. The temperature in the house was 50° and it was in the 20's outside. Monday, I was told they couldn't get the part until Tuesday afternoon. I have tenants with 2 little boys, so I contacted E&R. They sent somone right over and within an hour, I had heat for $400.00 less than the estimate I had received from the other company.

E&R has done a tremendous job of servicing a difficult to diagnose issue with my furnace. Ryan has gone above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to understand the various issues with my Rheem model and addressed all of those known failure points. They came out on a cold Friday night and worked until the furnace was fully functional. I would highly recommend the focused service and commitment to full customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend for maintenance as well as new installation. It says a lot about a company that cares and stands behind their work. 5 stars.

E&R came through for us in an emergency tonight. We got home at 10pm from two days out of town, to find our house at 45 degrees and our furnace would not kick on. We called over a dozen “24/7” businesses and no one could get out til at 8am the next day at earliest. I was about to give up but decided to try one last call. Ryan answered the call and was at our house before midnight, and had our issue fixed within half an hour. For an after hours call, the price was still very reasonable and well worth it to have heat tonight when it’s 15 degrees out. Ryan was super helpful and professional and made triple sure everything was fixed before leaving. Would highly recommend for any HVAC service!

Prompt estimate and appointment to install a new furnace. Explained the process and pricing well and patient with my questions. Great product and service warranty. Worked mostly with Ryan but the other guys were also excellent. Highly recommend E&R and will definitely call them again!

Ryan came and was very pleasant and professional. Furnace started acting funny and apparently alll we needed was a filter change and sensor replaced on furnace. Very reasonable price, very punctual and left no mess. Overall great experience. Highly recommend

I had Devix install two furnaces and two central air conditioners and they did an excellent job I am now having them service all of the properties I own. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced they are also now servicing Bryant which is one of the units I have

Has anyone else had a situation where these folks have installed a heat system and not stood behind their work? They install the radiators for us and both of them burst less than two years after install. They came out to turn off the water that was flooding my original hard wood floors and promised at that time to install radiators again as reparations. They made no promises to help with the ruined hard wood floors or the $500 energy bill from running industrial fans to save the room. Now they are going back on that promise via email with no returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Fixed my furnace at a good fair price and we are happy again. Others recommended I needed a new furnace, Devix diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
