My water heater quit suddenly, and I called Ryan at E&R to see if he could take a look. He & his son came later that day and diagnosed my problem as a corroded thermocouple. They cleaned the defective parts and reassembled my water heater and I was back up and running in about an hour. I was very impressed with the fast response and honesty, at a time when a lot of businesses won't even call back...I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Came out in middle of night and again very next day in middle of snow storm to get my family set up with new working furnace.

Called them and came same day. Spoke with Ryan in the morning the called in the later afternoon to see if it was okay for him to still come and I said yes. Him and his son came and fixed our central air, showed us how to clean it as well. Affordable cost as well! Definitely recommend them, will use their services in the future. Really appreciate the customer service and communication!!!

Service man is very professional explained everything he didn’t try to overcharge us for anything. if I ever need them again believe me I will call them. They are very good.

Ryan has been our heating and AC guy since he went into business. His prices are fair, he explains what is bad or needs replacement, and shows and explains how things are supposed to work. You couldn't have a more honest person to work with.

I've been getting maintenance every year since they installed my furnace. The equipment they installed is solid and reliable. I trust their expertise. They were also able to replace my water heater.

Came out within an hour of my call, replaced the thermostat. Friendly and speedy. Kinda pricey for a thermostat but worth it on a frigid day just to get it done.

He came out in a timely fashion on the weekend. Since he had to purchase part that is not usually needed, he purchased the item Monday morning. In the mean time, he got my heat to work for the rest of the weekend. On Monday, he came out early and not only fixed my furnace, he also gave it a tune up, which wasn't part of the problem.

Ryan did a fast and efficient job of relighting the pilot light on my gas water heater and checking that the gas furnace was working properly after my basement got flooded with 10 inches of water this past weekend. Due to their high call volume, I did have to wait a couple of days for service but it was well worth the wait. This is a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you Ryan!!!

They're very trustworthy. actually take there time to diagnose youre problems with the unit. 10/10 will be sticking around with them for all my heating/cooling problems. As a first time home owner gave me plenty tips and pointers to keep my a/c unit maintenance up to date.
