Bryon and Dave are professionals in every sense. The are prompt, no nonsense, honest, and know the fine details of heating and air equipment. The HVAC business has a good share of charlatans - so beware when choosing a service company. These two guys are on the opposite end of that spectrum. They take pride in their work.

Outstanding customer service and installation. I received a timely quote, in a busy season. I was quoted an install time, not a window, and arrival was punctual. I was quoted an install window for completion and the job was finished in the allotted time, with no "surprise" costs. All work product was removed and the work area as clean, if not cleaner, that what it was before arrival. The business has earned my loyalty in repeat business and recommendations!

When I didn't have heat, I needed my furnace looked at on Christmas Eve and they couldn't have been more responsive. Fixed it so I had heat after the first visit and followed up with a part within a week. All at an exceptionally reasonable cost. Local and knowledgeable, I won't call anyone else again!

They installed central air four years ago and replaced the furnace this year in our 100 year old home. They are a very honest small family run business and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I felt their price was very fair and I highly recommend them.

I had Dave out for a consult on a duct install project. Dave was very helpful and gave great advice down to the details for a complex job. He took his time to help me understand each of his recommendations. Great guy.

Landolt helped us out this past winter when our furnace broke down and again this hot summer when the motor in our AC unit died. Dave came to the rescue during incredibly inconvenient hours, and was super gracious every time. He also took the time to explain the cause of the issues and never tried to oversell us on anything. We realized our furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning. Called Landolt as they were a local business to arrange service. They were on site within an hour, and had our furnace up and running in about a half hour. Excellent and fast service for a reasonable cost. Will definitely reach out to them in spring to service our central air.

We have used them in the past. Came out to our house on a extremely cold January morning and fixed our furnace that was not working very fast and at a reasonable price.

When it came time to replace our almost 20 year old system and add a central air. We called 3 places and hands down was the most professional quote and did not try to oversell unneeded upgrades and other services. Listened to our needs and wants, came up with a solid system at a reasonable price.

Fast, courteous and very professional. I'm a hover-er, I like to see whats going on and ask questions. Answered all my questions, responded intently to my concerns and even assisted with some other minor items I added to the quote. My older house needed custom bent ducts and they look fabulous and professionally built.

This is a great company to work with. They Installed a new Bryant furnace for us in November 2017 and they did quality work. They answered all of our questions and the entire process went exactly as they described with no surprises. During a recent hot weather spell we had an issue with our air conditioning (not a unit they installed). I called them in the evening on Friday and even though they had other appointments already scheduled they said they would fit me in on Saturday, which they did. As an added bonus they were able to make it out earlier then they had stated and were able to get the air conditioning unit running again.

Landolt has been providing service to my family for decades, always doing an excellent job. When I was growing up, my parents used them exclusively and still do to this day. When my wife and I purchased our own home and we had our furnace die on a Friday night in February, we immediately called Landolt and they helped us out in a big way. The next year when it was time to do the air conditioner, they truly went above and beyond for us. The information they provide is to the straight to the point and while I know absolutely nothing about heating and AC, they help explain what my money will get me and make the process easy and understandable. We always feel we're getting quality products and service, every time.

It is appropriate they have “service” in the name of the business, as they are OUTSTANDING and you will not find better service from any HVAC provider. Used several other companies prior to calling Landolt Service and they are BY FAR the best. They are fair and honest and just generally good people. I’ve always felt they take the same level of care in servicing my home as they would their own... which is the highest compliment you can give to any contractor.
