Realized our furnace was broken and they were here and fixed the problem in less than 3 hours. I contacted another emergency service the same time I called Donovan after hours and Donovan was here before I even got a call back from the other emergency service.

I’m not sure which location, but they have the best customer service and the tech are great! They explained everything and overall I couldn’t be happier with my heating and cooling! They installed my central air, fixed my furnace.

Very responsive, and they were able to have a tech out to repair my boiler system almost immediately. The service was excellent, the price fair, and my heat works again!

Dishonest and unethical company. We moved into a house that had an HVAC system installed by this company, less than 4 years prior, and the AC wasn't cooling the house. I called and asked if there was warranty left on the system, and they said yes. So I scheduled an appointment, and the guy hosed off the AC unit and charged a $130 bill. This didn't do anything, and if they had told me that they would charge anyways, I wouldn't have gone with them.

Always on-time, friendly, and explains everything to you in simple terms. They also provide reminders and a call prior to arrival. Excellent service!! Thank you AJ and D&J!!

Phoned this place last month for gas furnace repair as our previous company bailed on us. Furnace died and we and our pets have been freezing to death in a 40° house because this place just wants to play games. We saw the D&J truck and repairmen outside our home the day after we called, but they just want to play games; they never phoned or knocked on the door, they just left a "sorry we missed you" note and split. When we phoned them again they lied about having phoned (no evidence of an incoming call on our phone) and knocked (if they had knocked our pets would have freaked & they were calm all day) and said to find another company. No idea what their problem was. No contact from them.

Steve and Brenden did ductwork for our kitchen and bathroom fan vents. They were on-time, efficient, and professional. Paul was very responsive in determining, and scheduling the work. I would put Donovan & Jorgenson as a top consideration for future jobs, such as furnace/central air replacement or repair.

I have had a service tune up maintenance plan for about 12 years. Today A.J. was here to tune up the air conditioning. Never meet him before. He was great. A pro.

2 years ago, we had an air conditioning issue. Marty came out and was super fast and helpful. Just recently, we had a totally new issue pop up, and Marty came out again, and was just as courteous and helpful. Owning a home, you never know when something is going to pop up. I’m thankful we have a trustworthy place to call!
