I've had Donovan & Jorgenson for many years. Recently Brian provided the yearly maintenance of my air conditioning unit, and he provided excellent service and professionalism which I've come to expect from D&J. Happy customer!

I call D&J for a AC maintenance and I had Kayla come at 10. There was a little drizzle when she started. Kayla went out to work on the unit and it started raining harder but she didn't cut any corners she did her job! Hour and a half lately she finished. Great job. Outstanding young lady, professional, Pleasant and very out going.

Boiler service is why I use D&J. I had excellent diagnosis and service in the fall with boiler running as it should after they left. Most recently in January cold, I received excellent tune-up service by “AJ”, who thoroughly cleaned and tested the boiler, left it running more efficiently than when he arrived, and clearly answered all my questions. It is worth paying for the Annual Maintenance in advance so you are on their short list if you have trouble.

We had a new HVAC system put in about 6 years ago by D&J and had them come out and service it twice a year since. They are great. Always professional and great to communicate. We recently had an issue with our system and they came out the same day. Big shout out to Kayla who has gone above and beyond to help us get everything back in order. She is the best! Highly recommended this company for any heating/cooling needs!

Just had my furnace and AC replaced by D&J and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From a low pressure quote process, through to the installation, everything ran seamlessly. The coordination with their subcontractors for chimney and electrical work was flawless and the installers themselves did a fantastic job. If you're looking for HVAC work, look no further.

AJ came to clean our relatively new boiler and explained what he found and how he corrected a minor problem. Friendly and knowledgeable, he explained their annual plans. I also like dealing with their office staff, who on a recent occasion, got our controller board lined up for replacement just prior to some cold weather and got a tech dispatched after hours to keep us warm.

This company saved me! My boiler went down and when 2 HVAC contractors couldn't identify the issue, D&G came through and got it up and running again. The service techs were professional, kind, and had the tenacity to resolve the problem. Also the folks that work the phone are great too! I am their newest and biggest fan!

If you are not happy with Mr. Holland's cost to tune your furnace, Or like me, I had 2 appointments with Mr. Holland and they were a no show and never let me know I was taken off the schedule.

I highly recommend Donovan & Jorgenson. If you are a new customer you get $40.00 off. They do not charge a 90 dollar fee for driving here, They cover all the small filters and do an outstanding job. A+++++++++ The biggest plus... you can actually pick a time they come. I am so happy with my service today. Plus I saved a lot of money. Thank you Will, you did an outstanding job!!

This is a great company!!! The people who came to my home were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took great care in making sure I understood everything they were doing and how to maintain and use my equipment.

I did not pay to have this company do work for me. BUT this company did work on the house next door to me and I have security camera’s that went off all day because the an employee named Dave that works for them was to lazy to walk around the house he was working on and instead used my driveway/yard as his walking path. Nothing is more rude and disrespectful then to have someone who is just to lazy go on your property. When Dave was asked why he was trespassing his response was well I didn’t go to the door. Maybe if he would have gone to the door and asked I wouldn’t be leaving this post. JUST THINK IF THIS PERSON IS TO LAZY TO WALK A FEW EXTRA FEET AND CUTS CORNERS DO YOU REALLY WANT THEM WORKING ON YOUR HOUSE???

George and David are great. They are clean and very efficient in their work. They make their customers feel comfortable and provide all the information needed to make an informed decision. They won't try to sell you something you don't need and will go the extra mile to make sure you don't go without heat or air conditioning.

The team at Landolt Service is second to none. They are prompt, polite and do a great job responding when we have questions. There are lots of places to get HVAC products but no place has their service. Highly Recommend.
