Totally pleased with the quick result received. Kitchen drain went from draining slow to completely stopped up. Tried to clear myself, but no result. Justin showed up quickly & took no time diagnosing the issue. Turns out the clog was deep in the stack, actually under the house. How he knew this, I don't know. But he was correct. I was amazed at how he could listen to water moving and decide at exactly what moment the clog was moving out. Would highly recommend. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable & timely. All you could ask for.

I've had issues with clogs since I've moved in to my place. The tub wouldn't drain all the time leaving me with standing water. I cannot thank Justin enough for his help on my sewer line. He spent over 3 hours obliterating tree roots that were causing backups in my basement. I’d asked to use the camera when I booked the appointment because this was the THIRD time in 5 months I was dealing with this issue (the two times prior I called a company that did nothing but drain my bank account. Needless to say, they will never hear from me again).

As we prepared to host Christmas, our kitchen sink backed up. The clog was all the way down in the trap in our basement level. We called Justin the morning of the 23rd. He was at our house within hours. He worked fast and efficient. The drain was cleared within an hour. While he was there, he also cleared up a slow draining bathroom sink. He was very clean and followed all Covid precautions. The cost for his work was very reasonable. We would definitely call him again.

Was about spend 5k on new drains but Cream City drain cleaning charged me 100 something and drains are working better then ever! So much appreciated!!!!

After having some water back up by the basement drain we figured it was time to have the lateral to the sewer looked at. We called Justin and were scheduled fairly quickly. I was very happy when I saw him set down a tarp around the cleanout to prevent any mess and happier still when I saw flowing water in the pipes. He did an efficient and professional job, left no mess, and put up with all of our questions. I couldn’t ask for anything more and between the service and price it was an amazing value. The other business card on the fridge has now been replaced with Justin’s, we will be using him from now on.
