Great place. Stopped by for one part, will be coming back when it's time to overhaul my bathroom.

Called Ferguson right as they opened at 7 in the morning. Asked about a part and they had ONE in stock. The guy assured me he would hold it til I got there. Drove all over trying to get there through construction and when I had gotten there, the part was already given to someone else. The guy that answered didn't check to see if someone else was wanting it. Guy at the desk says hes going to "do me a favor" . Called 2 places and couldn't find the part. There is NOBODY for miles that has one. Really put a wrench in my day seeing we're coming off a long holiday weekend and have already been without for 4 days. Probably won't be using them again

I’ve been in the trades for 29 years. On Friday, I called Ferguson because our plumber needed some parts for a faucet at a job site in West Bend. The representative at Ferguson dropped everything and found a way to get those parts to my plumber immediately. That’s excellent service!

We appreciate the mannerisms we encounter each time we make a purchase. Conner thanks for being so helpfull and Justin you too my friend. Once we get ductwork pricing organized you will become our one stop shop. Thanks for everything you guys. Airborne will bring y'all much more business as the days come.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had to exchange a cracked Kohler toilet we ordered from Home Depot and Home Depot didn't have a replacement for us so Kohler had us exchange the toilet at Ferguson Plumbing. I was very impressed with how quickly they helped us.

Great delivery. Dock is a little tight if you're not super experienced like me, but still doable. Workers are very nice. Yard, buildings, and bathroom are all organized and clean and very professional looking. Way better than the majority of other plumbing suppliers I've delivered to.

Kyle helped us out in a pinch today with a buster drain pipe. Service was unbelievable! He was fast at the job, personable and the new piping looks awesome. Will be calling them again for future needs!

My kitchen sink backed up an hour before I had to leave the house for dinner reservations. I was also expecting a house full of people for the weekend - and panicked when I couldn't unclog the sink. Erin at Mattox quickly dispatched Thomas to my house to start working on the problem - at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday evening. I left Thomas at my house while I met friends for dinner, and returned with all my guests to a clean, working sink. Erin & Thomas called (separately) during dinner to keep me updated on the problem and resolution. I was so incredibly grateful to the Mattox team for saving this very important weekend at my house. Thank you for your time and help; you are now my main plumber and will continue to use your services.

Issac and Mattox were great. Very responsive and avoided emergency costs. Professional and quality work. Will use again if needed.
