Thomas saved the day and came after hours to fix a major pipe in our Commercial / Apartment building. Our tenants were without water and thankfully Mattox made time for us. The emergency price was high but Thomas hustled to get the job done as fast as he could. He replaced an old original pipe with new PVC. He was pleasant, friendly and helped clean up. It was a long day (for both of us) and he did it with a smile. Paying the extra cost after hours is never fun but we were all appreciative and grateful to have running water again (water running in the pipes and not on our floor).

I live in a Mobile Home and Mattox replaced my water heater.

{I wanted to add the fact that I have just had Mike from Mattox out to install Heat Tape in mine and my Girlfriends homes. Mike's work ethic is phenomenal. This job is expensive but Mikes thoroughness makes me feel secure that the work was done correctly.
Mike also brought to my attention that someone had replaced some of my water main intake with a smaller pipe. He was able to take care of that on the same visit and my water pressure has improved greatly.

We have been using Mattox for over 2 years to service our business and couldn't be more pleased and impressed with their service. We have a special machine for colon hydrotherapy that requires very complex plumbing. Some fixes to the plumbing and the machine are over our skill level and we hired Mattox to help. Joe has been amazing! He has a passion for plumbing and actually enjoys learning about our machine and making fixes.

We had Alex come today as Joe was unavailable, and there ended up being a major issue with a specialized part. Since it was so late on a Friday, we could not get the new part from the company until Tuesday. If we could not fix the issue we would need to cancel appts for 2-3 days and lose $1000's of revenue. Alex used his problem solving skills to find a way to temporarily salvage the part and get the machine working flawlessly until the new part comes. We are so appreciative for their professionalism and knowledge and will ALWAYS choose Mattox for our business.

I can’t give enough compliments to Mattox. I own a wellness practice that performs a service using a colon hydrotherapy machine that needs servicing time to time. You can imagine, this is a specialized task, and many plumbers have not wanted to take on this task. Mattox was willing and able to solve many issues for us. They had no issue going above and beyond learning the machinery. Special shoutout to Joe and Alex . They are fantastic and will go the extra mile to be helpful and ensure the issue is solved. Came out to open clogged sewer lateral.Have used them beforewith good results,Advised them Ihave 150 feet of lateral.Plumber ran 105 feetuntil drain opened and stopped.Was charged $546 dollars for one hour at residence plus travel time
$298 for labor,$49.00 mobilization fee,and $200for machine use.My fault for not getting an estimate up front.This is more than double what i have paid in the past with other vendors.I will not use them again.The machine charge is ridiculous,
