Do not use mike ingrilli plumbing, I received horrible service from the receptionist, she is totally incompetent was extremely rude on the phone has no plumbing knowledge,I will never support a business that doesn't treat their customers or potential customers with kindness and respect.

We have used Mike Ingrilli plumbers four times this year and will use them in the future. The service is prompt and the workmanship is always top-rate.

I wasn't expecting them to come as fast as they did which was wonderful, as my kitchen sink was completely unusable. He was quick, he cleaned up afterwards and the cost was right in line with what I expected. Great service!

Always very professional, very organized, very honest with great integrity. On more than one occasion they could have charged me more because I know nothing about plumbing. However they showed me what I needed was far less extensive and expensive than what I thought I needed.

From Mike to Dana to Rob this is the 2nd I have used them and they were awesome I own a painting business and I know how important customer care is and it's nice to see that they care about their customers I would definitely recommend Mike and his company to anyone I will not be calling anybody else to do any plumbing at my house. I needed the whole house re-piped and Mike Ingrilli Plumbing delivered. From the quote from Mike to coordinating with Dana and the work done by Jeff, it was a smooth process start to finish. Great price and quality work.

Mike came over to look at a job, so I could get an estimate. I never received a call back from Mike or his assistants following our meeting. I reached out more than 5 times to get a call back in a span of several months. Every time his assistants said he would call me back that day and it never happened. Finally I called one last time. Was told he would finally get me a quote. Quote finally came in way overpriced just to get me to stop calling. I get that plumbers are busy and do not want to take smaller jobs on, but have the decency to say that instead of not answering and over quoting.

This was the most pleasant experience that I ever would have expected! Pleasant, knowledgeable, personable and friendly made for an exceptionally pleasant experience! The job was completed in a very timely manner and left in excellent condition! I strongly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I certainly will call this company for any plumbing needs! They are the best!

Mike ingrilli Plumbing charged me $952 for 2 hours worth of sewer inspection! When I disputed the invoice, he SUED me. I had to hire another plumber to actually finish the inspection and locate the broken pipe! Do not trust anything Mike Ingrilli says over the phone. He will come back with a bill twice the amount he promised!

Just a great bunch of plumbers. Does the job correctly the first time. Manners are great. The office is 100% willing to come to your needs. On time. I would Recommend Mike Ingrilli Plumbing 100% to anybody that needs plumbing done residential or commercial

I had plumbers from Mike Ingrilli visit my home on 2 occasions in the past year. The first was to discover the source of blockage in my basement toilet/shower (rocks deposited in the pipe from a waterproofing project). The second was to remove the rocks. Both times the plumbers were on time, professional, and performed their work with precision and efficiency. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished. I will for sure hire them again for any plumbing issues at my home.

These plumbers were very professional and got the job done quicker than I thought for having to jackhammer up my basement slab to replace a broken pipe. Made the decision to have them do further work as they were in there because the camera showed lots of tree roots and and sludge further down than we had originally thought. Work was finished, they cleaned up and everything looks great. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking for quick and affordable plumbing work.

Tried for 10 days to get an estimate and never heard back. I received 1 call from Mike getting specifics of the job. I sent pics and nothing. Multiple emails/texts were also sent and still nothing. I guess replacing all plumbing fixtures in 2 baths, including toilets, as well as kitchen fixtures and insinkerator was either too much for him or not worth his time. UPDATE: I did end up receiving an incorrect estimate after posting this review. When I emailed back requesting a correction and clarification, I received a response advising due to my review, they declined my job. Seems to me they didn't want my business in the first place, but that is just my personal opinion.

Mike Ingrilli Plumbing did a fabulous job retrofitting and installing 6 body jets, a shower wand, and a rain shower head in the master bathroom of our 115 year old Craftsman home. Eight years later, they also installed all of the plumbing in our guest bathroom (all rough plumbing, shower pan, drain, sink, toilet, and corresponding fixtures). Everything has worked perfectly well in the master bathroom during the decade that elapsed since the plumbing was installed. The vast majority of the guest bathroom plumbing, finished 12/18, also was done well. I had questions about the toilet tank that was installed too close to the wall, but this concern was brushed off by the office staff when I initially voiced a concern.
I also later became concerned about the installation of the extension for the shower head. There appeared to be a potential tiny leak near the escutcheon, but after a 10 minute pressure test, was determined to be buildup from a shower cleaning product, and not a leak whatsoever. So, with the exception of one toilet tank that sits on the wall in the guest bathroom, everything was done very well. My only serious complaint was the seriously irritated and unprofessional attitude of Mike Ingrilli. He was quite upset that I called him personally two years after the work was done to voice my concern about these issues. His plumber, Rob, came out to address my concerns recently (1/21). No one from Mike Ingrilli Plumbing made any mention of there being a $300 charge, or any charge whatsoever, to do so. Rob was at my house for a little more than one hour, mainly giving me an explanation about why the toilet tank had to be installed where it was, and did a quick pressure test to ensure there were no leaks in the shower. We’ve paid Mike Ingrilli Plumbing well over $7,000 for the guest bath plumbing in 2018, and more than $5,000 for the master bath plumbing in 2010. Therefore, I was absolutely shocked that two days later Mike sent me a bill for almost $300 to inspect the quality of the plumbing fixtures his company installed for us! He acted like he was doing us a favor when he offered to drop his $39 service charge for the aforementioned inspection. He and his company are highly-skilled plumbers, but sadly seem tone deaf when it comes to customer service.
