Great experience with Mattox Plumbing; specifically Isaac. He did a great job repairing a Dishwasher line that was leaking. Nice to find a contractor who shows up on time with good communication skills and does a great job at a reasonable price. Very highly recommend.

Erin the dispatcher was amazing!! She understood my needs and had me set up and ready to go for the next morning.
Joe was the plumber who came out. I got notified that he was on his way. He was super. He was honest and took care of what I needed and was done. He was respectful of my house and personable.

EDIT -Google will not allow me to do an additional review- This is my second time using Mattox plumbing and as usual Erin the dispatcher was great, she got my on the schedule for the next morning. I had the pleasure of having Dan come to my home. He was professional and got the job done right away!! I think he did a wonderful job and I am so happy to have met him. Isaac did a great job solving our various small plumbing issues, showing us what he was doing and talking us through next steps for a project that needs parts. He was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with!!! We will ask for him again!

Isaac came to my home to help with a gas line for my new range. He was on time, professional, thorough, and friendly. He got the job done without wasting time, and did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Overall, the company did a great job with scheduling me when I was in a pinch. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Mattox on a Sunday when I had an emergency pipe burst in one of my vacant properties. Kyle got there within a couple hours of my initial call and was very detailed and professional. He kept me updated with pictures and videos as the job progressed, which was a huge thing for me as I was 7 hours away from the property. My kitchen sink was clogged and I tried everything I knew and I managed to make it worse. I called one plumbing company and did not receive a call back . I then called Mattox and talked to a lady. I told her what I needed and she told me Isaac would be at my house later in the day. It wasn't long after that Isaac was there and quickly diagnosed my problem. He was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. I was so pleased with his work I have asked him to do a plumbing project for me this spring.

Isaac was extremely helpful & friendly from start to finish. He answered the phone when I called to schedule service, and talked with me for over 15 minutes just answering questions before I even asked him to come out for service. He helped me identify my water shutoff easily and replaced leaking fittings. I will without question call him again for any future plumbing issues!

Issac with Mattox plumbing is great. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quick. I called on a Thursday to have plumbing done for bathtub install on Friday. Issac came out Thursday and gave an estimate. Pricing was fair and he came back Friday Morning to install and was done by 2 pm. The job was not an easy one. He knew what he was doing and quickly solved any issues that arose. Thank you Issac and Mattox plumbing.

Michael was great at explaining the issues and took the time to be thorough with fixing the problem. I appreciated him giving me pointers on how to avoid moisture build up and suggested a better dehumidifier- which I did get.

Better than expected! Erin was great setting up our service and then was able to move us up to an earlier time. Isaac was quick, friendly, and professional. He was very thorough in finding the issue, explained how it happened, how to prevent the issue in the future, and made the repair look nicer than before. Mattox Plumbing is doing work in connection with the replacement of lead pipes in my West Allis neighborhood and today new pipes were installed in my basement. What I was dreading turned into a painless experience which is due to the plumber Mike W. He was courteous, professional and kept me informed on his part of this job. I would like to give him 5+ stars. He is truly an asset to the company.

We had a situation where neither the toilet or the shower would drain properly, Plunging both drains simultaneously proved to be useless, so we knew we would need the help of a plumber. We called Mattox Plumbing and were treated very professionally by the receptionist. She told us within 2 hours when the plumber would be there.
In about an hour I received a text message from Isaac the plumber and he told me within 15 minutes when he would be there. He showed up right on time and was very professional. Isaac tried to minimize the disruption to our bathroom by snaking through the toilet, to no avail. He removed the toilet and continued to power snake, but it didn't help. Isaac even went back to the shop and got an extension ladder to make sure our vent pipe was open, even though it was snowing like crazy outside!
Isaac analyzed the situation and we decided the only way for snaking to be effective would be to cut out a section of the waste line in the basement and snake between the open waste line and the floor drain. What he found was amazing! There was 70+ years of tree roots in the line! Isaac made a very professional repair of the waste line with PVC pipe and now we have a cleanout that we can use to snake the line, if this situation happens again. Isaac replaced the toilet and the repair was complete.
I was impressed with Isaac's professionalism, his ability to answer my questions and the quality of his work! He took the time to do a good job and the price was fair. I would recommend Isaac and Mattox Plumbing to handle your plumbing problems!

The full team at Mattox was extremely responsive and easy to work with. They kept me up-to-date on getting an available plumber out to my home when my sump pump failed at 2am. They had Isaac out to my home by 7am. He was very kind, fast, and really saved the day. He also answered other questions I had about sump pumps in general. Highly recommend. I will be using their services in the future 100%.

We had Mike W. come in and finish up a large residential plumbing job that was started by another company. Mike was Great! Very polite and professional, really knows his stuff, was very prompt and also helped explain what options we had.

I got my galvanized piping replaced with PEX pipes. Joe and Alex came to do the job and were here all day, they did a fantastic job! Alex Sadler was the project manager, super professional and very easy to get ahold of. HIGHLY recommend using Mattox, they are amazing!!

I used Mattox last year. Almost 6 months ago. Wanted to review after I have used the sump pump and make sure it is working. Issac was the guy who was helping me at that time. He was ver personable and helpful. He explained every single things and even helped out at things that was not part of his work. The sump pump is still working fine and I’m happy to use them again.

Mattox plumbing has been great for us. We had an issue that was happening and needed service. Mattox sent out a plumber, Michael, who figured out the issue, ordered the part and fixed the problem-as promised. What impressed me most is that Michael didn’t just fix the issue he was called for-he found another issue and was able to fix it on the spot! He actually cared to get things done right and to see the big picture! Really appreciate Mike’s effort!!!

The Mattox Plumbing team is consistently friendly, prompt, and get the job done right! Mike W came several times for an emergency water line repair, and was great. I appreciated his plumbing knowledge, his quick attention to our leaks, and his willingness to help take care of the problem. The office team is also great and always helpful when we call.
