Don't ever work or buy your plumbing supplies from here. Management is a joke and how things are ran. Either your product will be damaged, missing parts or the wrong thing completely. They don't care about the worker's well being and treat everyone like they don't matter. Warehouse is an absolute mess and mistakes are made over and over without consequences.

This company is an absolute joke. I had concrete poured on Wednesday and caution taped my entire driveway. The delivery person blew through my caution tape, and broke and entered my garage to put an order of sinks and facets that belonged to a house 1 mile away (the garage was closed and they knew the garage code somehow). My wife was extremely upset hearing people moving around the garage so she went to look at the sink and materials were sitting in there with a packing slip. Upon getting home, I called Able and their sales person Mike told me I have delusional and had no ide what I'm talking about. I told them please allow the concrete to cure a few more days and I'll gladly have it picked up, I just don't want to damage the concrete. Able sent their delivery driver back the next day, who I have on camera at my doorstep, walking across the fresh concrete and he even tries to put in the garage code again (luckily, I changed it). While in a Facebook group, the house it was supposed to be delivered to reached out, we exchanged messages back and forth and reached back out to Able saying I will hand deliver or allow pick-up just need a schedule or release of liability so the person can get their product (they shouldn't have to wait because of Able's inept management logistics). While calling to put together an appointment, I get a voicemail from Ben in their sales department stating he will call the authorities if I don't comply. Upon telling him how I've been in touch with the buyer, he tells me that he doesn't have time and hangs up on me. This company is a joke.

Able has a great selection of products. We ordered our plumbing fixtures early (6 months before we needed them) in the process of a remodeling project to ensure they would be available (given COVID production delays). The fixtures all arrived on schedule. However, Able sold two of our fixtures (master bathroom faucets) from our order to another customer. The fixture is now out of stock (for several more months at a minimum) so we have to have temporary fixtures installed in our new bathroom.

There are other places with a great selection. I would check them out instead so you can actually receive the items you ordered.

Beautiful showroom! Very nice, down to earth staff, simply there to help with absolutely no sales pressure at all. The selections available accommodate a wide range of tastes and styles, and budgets too. I'd highly suggest a visit!

As a designer who recommends the showroom in West Allis for product selection, I am dissatisfied with the way my customers are treated when they show up without an appointment. I have told all of my customers to do so and have no control over their decision to pop in and look around. I love your displays but I’m willing to take your name off of my recommended showrooms list if I continue to hear about the rude treatment they receive. I believe you should not be open to the public at all if you don’t treat the public with respect. Worst showroom experience ever! All they want to display are very high end products, names you never heard of, and the staff could care less to help you, just sit at their desks on computers. I went online to find a line of shower valves, asked my plumber to order them, and he gets ignored by them, even tho he has an account with them. Find another showroom cause these guys could care less!

Truck Driver don't deliver here place is horrible there not enough space to move around due to them having a mess inside there yard and staff or unloading personal take way to long to unload would not recommend any driver to come here

From the employees up to the manger, these guys are great. Listened to my problem, discussed and came up with a part that was the solution. Can’t thank these guys enough.

Easily the worst supply house I have ever been to Ferguson consistently disappoints me time and time again. their workers are slower than stop and they never have what you need. If you enjoy wasting time during your day, I highly recommend going to Ferguson. If not and you need to get things done in a timely matter porter pipe will be a better option.
