Horrible company! Lied about the work they did. Charged us truck charges when they were at another unit anyway. Erin is completely rude. Terrible customer service. Our association has banned them to do work in our condos because they are so dishonest and do sub par work. DON’T HIRE MATTOX PLUMBING! Call Cornerstone plumbing, Total plumbing, Paradise plumbing - but don’t waste your money and time on Mattox Plumbing. Dealing with Erin alone is worth giving your money to one the honest companies I listed above.

Isaac replaced my hot water heater for me. He did an excellent job. He was on time, friendly, and professional. He answered all my questions. I am very happy with his service.

A&S Mattox plumbing installed our plumbing system in our new house and then came to make some adjustments. Everyone at A&S has been extremely helpful, courteous, professional and efficient! I highly recommend their company. Shout out to Kathleen, Micah, Aaron, Jared and crew for all of their patience and help!!

Don’t hire! I asked for them to replace a hose bib and the plumber changed a washer on a vacuum breaker installed a day earlier. He said that solved the leaking issue. I did not. What I wanted was a new hose bib. What I ended up getting is a $730 bill for a 2hr job. I have pictures, videos, and the reciepts I’d be happy to share with anyone considering hiring them. Things went south at Mattox after Eric Gans left. The service manager Erin is an especially nasty person to deal with. STAY AWAY!!

Isaac at Mattox did a great job. I had a earbud case wedged tight in my toilet causing a clog. Issac dislodged the case with his auger and reset the toilet. When he left my toilet worked better than ever. It still does.

Mattox tech, Joe, responded to our immediate need and made our water supply accessible. Then at a follow up appt he replumbed the problem sink feed with modern materials and shut offs. Joe was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and understood our need and situation. I highly recommend Mattox Plumbing and their staff.

Isaac came and fixed a leaky pipe in our basement bathroom that was in a very tight spot and above drywall and drop ceiling tiles but completed the job with ease and there was no mess left behind. He went out of his way to explain everything and we highly recommend them.

We had a water heater fail at an 18 unit apartment complex. The building was a very unique layout. Isaac did a great job researching options for this unique property. He helped pick the exact solution and the work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend.

Isaac fixed the following items for me; a new shut off valve behind the toilet, fixed the wobbly toilet by reseating it, replaced the mechanics in both toilets, removee my non functioning garbage disposal and reworked the pipes under the sink, installed a new kitchen faucet. All of this work was done efficiently and skillfully. I appreciated Isaac explaining every step of each process to me and answering all my questions. He was cheerful and confident throughout. A pleasure to have him in my home.

We needed a plumber to repair the plumbing system vent terminus which had rusted out and was leaking through the ceiling in our commercial kitchen at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Milwaukee. Plumber Mike W. replaced the two pipes that were completely rusted through and had separated from the roof vents. Mike was efficient in the repair and completely cleaned up the mess from the plaster ceiling. The cost of the repair was also reasonable compared to other plumbing companies. We will definitely (and have already) use Mattox again.

Came home from work and found my sump pump had died and the basement started to seep water everywhere. Called Mattox plumbing in their off hours and they were able to send out their plumbing tech Isaac right away. Isaac was incredibly communicative and was able to fix the issue right away. Made the whole ordeal much easier to handle.

Our kitchen sink suddenly stopped draining and we called up Mattox to come take a look. They sent out Joe within a few hours and he was able to quickly solve the problem and explained how to avoid it in the future! The whole experience with Mattox was great and I would recommend working with them for sure!

I had Issac from Mattox Plumbing come out to my house to fix a very wobbly toilet and look at my under the sink water filter. He fixed both very efficiently in a couple of hours. Issac was pleasant, professional, cleaned up afterwards and was a joy to have in my home. I would hire Mattox Plumbing again in a heartbeat for any of my future plumbing needs.

We reached out to Mattox regarding a sink disposal and toilet flush issues. They sent someone out pretty fast--our technician Isaac was incredibly knowledgeable and took care of the problems quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond and even provided recommendations how to prevent future issues. Highly recommend!

My experience was great. Had a relatively simple issue that Isaac addressed with speed and professionalism. He was on time, friendly, and quick. Took him exactly as long to complete the job as he quoted at first with no surprises. Definitely a good first experience and will use them again.

My shower handle broke this morning and an unbridled torrent was unleashed into my tub faster than it could drain. After calling around to a few places, the stars aligned and I finally got in touch with Erin at Mattox, who was able to swiftly Isaac out to me. Isaac quickly diagnosed the problem, showing me which of the inner workings of my tub faucet had fallen victim to the slow decay of time and entropy. I took the initiative to replace or repair the part myself. Isaac found this to be suitable, and he would head to another job and check on me later to see if I still needed assistance.

Of course, one does not simply repair or replace a part and solve the problem. Now I was having trouble configuring the water temperature. Isaac returned just in time to tame this new beast. The handle problem was solved! The temperature is under my control, and the shower turns on and off with little effort (a luxury we've not had since moving into this house).

Isaac also quickly diagnosed my shower's problem of draining from the faucet for about a minute after the water is turned off. Old pipes in the faucet cause water to back up towards the shower head, which drains out once the faucet is turned off and the pressure is relieved. Having solved the problem I had hired Isaac for, I relieved him of his duty and thus, I leave the ending of the story of showerhead drainage for another day!

All said and done, Isaac was at my house for about an hour total. It's nice to not have to wrestle my handle to turn of the water. Isaac also solved the problem of our shower not getting hot enough for hot baths. It's nice to be able to have a hot bath, too. Both Erin and Isaac were understanding and kind, could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Mattox team!

Isaac one of the plumber service techs was amazing! We were in a total pinch and needed someone after hours. All the other “24-hour” plumber businesses were not actually 24 hour. Isaac was available, quick to respond, efficient, and super friendly. We have moved across the country so are sad that we won’t be using him again, but Highly recommend to anyone who needs service, even after hours service.

I called Mattox Plumbing on a Monday morning after my toilet fill valve stopped working. Within a couple hours of my call Isaac Klahn was at my house to make the repairs. I also needed 3 faucet handles replaced because they were either hard to turn or leaked. In addition, I asked Isaac to check why my kitchen sink was draining so slow. Isaac was very efficient and fast with the repair work. He was so fast that I had a hard time keeping ahead of him in cleaning out the space under the kitchen sink! Everything was performed to my satisfaction in less than 2 hours and when Isaac left, I felt that a whirlwind had just come through my house. I had to stop and rest for awhile after he was gone!! I will definitely use Mattox Plumbing again and will ask for Isaac Klahn to be dispatched to my house. THANK YOU ISAAC!!

Water heater went out on a Friday before a holiday weekend and was leaking all over the floor. They were able to get me in the same day to replace the heater. Joe is an amazing technician and quickly resolved the problem. He made sure to keep the floor protected as he brought in the new heater and took out the old. The pricing was great too. Thanks to the Mattox Plumbing folks for the quick work.

So grateful for the Mattox team. we had 2 inches of water in our basement after calling 4-6 places the Mattox Plumbing team was on it. I called at 11 pm for after emergency service. Erin answered the phone right away and was extremely professional and helpful . she dispatched her after hours tech Devin was extremely helpful with clearing the roots out of our drain and gave me a few options to help prevent this.He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional even thouse it was 1:30 am. i will continue to go back because of these two professional. Thank you again.
