Update 8/12/25: Just had them out again for a water heater. When testing the lines, Chris replaced a bad aerator on our bathroom tap, free of charge and just because he noticed it. Chris and Zack are top notch and I will never use another plumber as long as Bontempo is available! Shout out to Melissa as well for calling us back so quickly to schedule service. This team is amazing!

Had some water stains and called after getting several recommendations for Bontempo. They came out and addressed the issue and actually walked us through what caused the problem and ways to avoid future problems. Very professional and the price was fair. Will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

We have been using Bontempo for about five years now. They are always prompt, kind, knowledgeable and fair in price. This past Friday they were able to make a same day call to replace an old sump pump. Lucky timing because the next night we had county wide flooding. Guess who's basement is bone dry?

Highly recommend and will gladly use their services in the future.

I had multiple jobs completed at the same time. Kitchen sink and faucet, bathtub shower head, faucet and spout as well as both outside spigots. All were professionally competed by Joe and Jesse from Milwaukee Plumbing. Both gentlemen were courteous, polite and worked to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and as promised.

Quick, responsive, and reliable service. They were able to take a tight space with little room to work in an incredibly old house and still correct an outdoor hose bib issue. They left the area looking cleaner than when they started. Will definitely use them for plumbing needs in the future!

This summer I had a HUGE hiccup with my mobile business and I cannot tell you what a lifesaver AL and Jesse were at Milwaukee Plumbing, along with their coworkers(don't remember all their names).... Not only did they keep their word on timing etc...., they made sure the day before I was going to pass inspection and they even had my faucet fixed as there was a glitch too... I will definitely recommend them to anyone and thank you to you all, you made a bad situation from someone else's unprofessionalism from a different company into a great one with you! 5 plus stars!

Karl is a rock star plumber. We just moved into the Milwaukee area and I can confidently say we found our go to guy. He was open and honest about what's needed, what's not needed, what would save us money, and what to look for in the future. He did great work, and we greatly appreciated his honesty.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet and other concerns throughout my house. The plumber, Joe addressed the faucet issue. Very courteous, knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Milwaukee Plumbing and Piping for future work.

We had a problem at the dental office with a pipe leaking which lead to us not being able to work properly with having patients here. The two guys that showed up were fast, friendly, and intelligent on the situation we had. They looked at the problem and explained to us what was wrong, got the correct parts and had it fixed within 30 minutes of arriving. They tested out all the equipment before leaving making sure we were up and running without having other issues throughout the day. After they left we noticed a leak in a different area and called them back and they arrived after the other job they had. Again they assessed the situation and got it fixed fast. Would recommend to anyone that is having plumbing issues and need it fixed fast and done the correct way.

Dave from Milwaukee Plumbing and Piping was our plumber for our kitchen remodel through Kelmann Homes. Dave was courteous, clean, professional, and always provided expert advice. Dave is "my guy" and I will always be using him in the future. I cannot thank him enough for the fine work he has done.

Bryant was great right on time and did an excellent job fixing leaking pipe in basement. Will definitely use Milwaukee plumbing & piping, inc for future needs.

The plumber was very nice and worked very hard. But I feel like he wasted at least an hour Trying to drain my water heater That didn't have any water in it. After we told him was already drained.. Because it was heavy he told me it was 2/3 full. It was almost empty. Maybe 2 gallons tops. Charged me 4 and 1/2 hours of labor when he was only in my house for 4 hours and also probably charged me labor rate while he ran to Menards to get parts . $150 an hour is a little excessive for drive time. I dont mind paying trip charge but not at that price to run to get parts. .

Had a great experience with Milwaukee plumbing. Can’t miss the red trucks and I finally used them. I will never again search for other plumbers. They were fast, efficient, honest and trustworthy. Joe was a funny guy, but knew his stuff. Would highly recommend!

Milwaukee Plumbing did some rough plumbing work at my house for a remodeling project/bathroom addition. The plumbers who worked on the job were courteous and did quality work quickly. Joe the plumber even came back at no charge and helped us troubleshoot fixtures we were having issues with (that Milw Plumbing did not install). I will have them out again if I have any plumbing issues.

Fran was helpful to setup the appt for an emergency, others on the service team were diligent to keep me updated on the process to meet and Steve was kind, communicated the issues to be fixed /different solutions and worked very well to resolve them. I would recommend Steve /the team to many others in the area. Thanks, Milw Plumbing as you helped to make my family and Archie, the dog :) , to feel safe again!

Ended the night with finding out my water heater reached it’s demise. Called Milwaukee Plumbing the next morning and by 10:30am, brand new water heater installed & functioning correctly! Really appreciate the timely, efficient, seamless and great service that Jesse provided! Great customer service and love the service model Milwaukee Plumbing has; the supplier meets them with the hardware and hauls the old hardware away so their plumbers can execute and don’t need to be going back/forth to warehouses for supplies! Great job Jesse and thanks again!
