We used Jon, Brenda, Baeli plus the other staff, including Mark, the outstanding tile installer as well as hardwood, to redo our lower floor of apporoximately 1500 sq. ft. We had a flood from one of the toilets and it ruined a majority of the flooring and base molding in our lower story. It was pretty devastating at the time especially since Maxcare had just redone our hardwood floors and they looked great. Thanks to their hard work and expertise as well as a wealth of experience in dealing with insurance companies, we now have a new first floor. Their installers, especially Mark, who redid our shower and bathroom floor, and those who did the hardwood and carpet were professional, courteous and kept our place clean and tidy during the process. The flood actually turned out to be a blessing. Jon acted as our general contractor and organized the plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry work that was necessary to bring our house back to better than new condition. Jon knows how to get the most our of insurance companies who will try to squeeze you if they can. The office staff is qualified and thorough at organizing all the different things that need to happen to coordinate a big project like this. It's all done now and we are very grateful to all the folks at Maxcare on Canyon Rd. in Puyallup.

Maxcare delivered exactly what was promised: beautifully restored, repaired & refinished floors - and a completely dustfree experience! Our 125+ year old floors look amazing! The technicians did a wonderful job, were conscientious, punctual and thorough. The Customer Service department kept us posted throughout the process and provided updates daily. Maxcare Hardwood originally installed hardwood in our family room in 2017. They needed to lace the new floor into the exiting floor. The result was perfect, no indication at all where one ended and the other began.

After that positive experience, we called on them again this October to install hardwood in our living room. Again the workmanship was flawless, the finished floors are beautiful. It was a pleasure working witkh the estimator, owner, and true craftsmen whose goal is “customer satisfaction” during every step of the process.

These people are the best! They refinished our hardwood floors and did an amazing job! Not only do the floors look beautiful, their excellent customer service made this a fun and easy process. Everyone on their team was so kind and patient with me and went above and beyond to help me make decisions.

Maxcare just refinished and stained our 20 year old Brazilian Cherry Hardwood floors. I was able to schedule the refinishing while we were out of town and they handled everything. I am extremely happy with the results, our floors look brand new and the professionalism of Maxcare. I would definitely recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the finished job is beyond expectation. Maxcare took our floors from 1990’s yellow oak to a modern (& gorgeous) coffee/ebony. Job involved sanding and refinishing existing flooring in 1/3 of the house and lacing in new matching wood in 2/3 of the house to create a flawless continuous hardwood in my entire downstairs. Their customer service is amazing and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. We’ve been living on the new floors for a year now and the quality has held up with no issues at all. I definitely recommend this company!

Maxcare is the best. This was an insurance claim due to water damage. They took out the old floor and installed a beautiful new hardwood floor. The team was respectful, courteous, and flexible. They were okay with my interruptions to ask questions and observe their work. They are highly skilled craftsmen and went above and beyond my expectations. Even helped me with a plumbing issue after completing a full days work. I would recommend Maxcare to my best friend.

We just purchased a house and our floors were in desperate need of refinishing. We contacted Maxcare for an estimate and Eric came out to assess and educate us on everything we needed to know. The Maxcare team was so professional, knowledgeable, timely and a pleasure to work with! We are absolutely in love with how our floors turned out and could not be happier!

Our wood floors were really bad looking and we almost completely remodeled our kitchen, to replace the flooring. The floor was badly so scratched, dinged up and faded to an ugly yellow. We had Maxcare refinish the wood floor and it turned out far better than our expectations! The floor now looks like a fine piece of furniture. It even looks better than brand new engineered flooring. So glad we chose to have this done. They are definitely talented.

I would give them no stars if I could. Lots of promises and no follow through. Our floors turned out terrible and they cup 6 months out of the year, that never happened before. The owner made lots of promises to fix it by just recoating the floors when what they needed was to be sanded back down and start over. It was as if we took $7000.00 and through it away plus all the cost of us having to move all our furniture and pay to stay at a hotel every time they recoated. We just now went to a different company and paid again for our floors to be refinished and they did an excellent job, they did it the correct way.

We had our oak floors refinished by Maxcare and we couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out!! Owner Jon Engels is friendly, professional and knows everything about flooring. His crew, Jesus and David, were fabulous. They answered all my questions and took great care with everything they touched. I highly recommend Maxcare, and only wish we’d had this done sooner!!

Highly recommend MAXCARE! We are remodeling our '90's honey wood house and chose the Evoke LVP plank in the "Erica" color, which is a grey/beige combo. They allowed us to tear out the carpet so we could fix floor squeaks before they installed. The owner Jon and his team are highly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He really cares about his clients and the quality of the product and install. Their showroom in Puyallup has a great selection of every type of tile, vinyl, hardwood, carpet and other product you could want, and they have one in Cle Elum also. The install crew was professional and considerate of our home, and did high quality work. We LOVE the finished product!

Fantastic professional outfit for quality hardwood flooring. The owner is personable, caring. Professional, and possesses a creative designer eye for details and style. As a highly critical designer and artist myself, they exceeded my expectations for quality, execution and expertise. Their team of craftsmen were a joy to work with and watch perform! I was extremely relieved to have our floors beautifully restored after a laundry flooding incident. I would highly recommend and use again for future projects hands down!
