Ivan and his team did a fantastic job! I had a lot of questions and changed my mind on things and Ivan was patient and responsive throughout the process. He was diligent and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. He replaced our carpeted curved stair case with beautiful wood floors and refinished our existing wood floors, all while we were out of town. He is trustworthy and does exceptional work!

Thanks Ivan! Would definitely recommend his services and will be using him again on future projects.

This company was referred to me by a member of his family. He and his wife came out and gave an extremely reasonable quote to resurface my kitchen floor. He was supposed to start the job the first week in September. Personal reasons prevented him from starting on that date. He told me it would probably be the end of this month. Well, here we are and he won't respond to my texts or voice mail. Very poor business practice.

Was easy to work and went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. Had a lot of dark spots on wood floors from dogs from previous owners. He was honest and did a small test spot to see if he could get it out before doing a full new floor. Saved me a lot of money and worked around my family. Thanks will use them again!!!

Don't sleep on the absolute best flooring company in Colorado. All too notch tools and they can tackle any job big or small that needs done. Price is way under what he should charge for the quality of work so stop reading this review and call and set up an estimate and make your home feel like it should💯

This company did a magnificent job on my floors. I highly recommend Eddie wood flooring there bid was the best out of three company's. And the quality of workmanship was wow. Thank you for beautify my floors. Wow !!!

By far one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Eddie and his crew were on time and as professional as it gets. They followed all the COVID protocols and worked around my kids and dogs. I would highly recommend them for either hardwood refinishing and or installation of new flooring.

Finding a contractor with the skills you need can be difficult. Finding a contractor with both skills and follow-through can be even more difficult. Unfortunately, Eddie never provided me with a bid, even though he took the time to view the job. I did enjoy speaking to him and have no reason to believe the work wouldn't have been fine (hence two stars instead of one star). He did say he would send me a bid. I followed up with him on our text thread the following day to let him know I hadn't received anything. Silence. For all I know some horrible misfortune struck him after he left my house. Perhaps the job wasn't a good fit for him and he felt uncomfortable saying as much.

I got several bids for the floor I had refinished. They came in the lowest and you get what you pay for. I wanted the floors to match the other bedroom. I didn't get that. I was left with floors with uneven staining and scratches. The Owner Eddie denied cutting corners and said he was doing me a favor. I don't want favors, I want quality and an honest bid. My father was a builder and I grew up in the construction and building environment. If you want a quick fix, fine. If you want quality and honesty, go someplace else. I you want workers that will wear their masks in your home, the father with this company doesn't and the son will will deny the quality failures and argue with you about obvious issues. Women, this is not a company you want in your home.

Eddie and his team did a great job on my new wood floors! He kept his estimate which I felt was very reasonable. Eddie was professional keeping me up to date and finished on time. His work was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this business.
