F&C did an excellent job installing natural oak flooring up the stairs and on the landing. They installed some beautiful cherry hardwood in the master bedroom. During the pandemic, we did several home improvement projects and F&C were very responsive to our needs. Many thanks to the crew for accommodating a special request we made for how the toe kick molding should be installed. Doris is wonderful and super helpful for scheduling projects.

Felix (the owner) was subcontracted as part of our kitchen renovation project. We have an old historic home, and wanted to keep the original hardwood (most vendors weren't offering this, but luckily Blackstone Kitchen and Bath - who are also amazing- said they could get it down - and subcontracted out to F&C Floor Services). Felix came out on a Saturday morning - on time - very professional - did the measurements and said his guys would be there first thing Monday morning, and they were. His guys were AMAZING. Got the job done in a day (we had to stay off the floor the following day to let the clear coat dry), and the floors (which were in rough shape) look BRAND NEW with a nice new lighter oak tone, and the quality of the wood even more obvious. Highly recommend Felix and F&C Flooring.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Our project consisted of repairing existing hardwoods where we removed a wall and then extending the hardwoods into another space. Once complete we had them sand and the floors refinished. We shopped around, read reviews and got multiple quotes. In the end, we decided to go with F&C and I am so glad we did. Their price was great. We were able to work out a schedule that worked best for us. They arrived on time every day and the crew that works with them was professional and willing to answer any and all questions we had as we went through the process. There were even some extra touches that I hadn't even thought to ask for, but they knew would work best in our space. If you are shopping for hardwood floors, stop now, call them and give them your business., You won't regret it.

Highest marks for F&C Floor Services! We couldn't be happier with how our floors turned out and wow, what a difference it made in our home! After paying the deposit for refinishing the floors, it occurred to me to ask if they would also be able to replace some of the tile with new wood. Felix and his crew took on the additional work with no complaints and it looks great. Not only that, but they finished the entire job faster than they had quoted me for just refinishing the wood. Several people, including other flooring contractors, have complimented the floors. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Felix at F&C Floor Services for all of your flooring needs.

F&C Flooring is fantastic!!!! They came to my home and did a hardwood refinishing job and the floor looked new. There were a few spots that needed to be redone and they came back and went over the floor with clear coating and I am in love all over again with the floors. Great Job, Excellent Customer Service. I love them!!!!!

We had Felix refinish our maple wood floors. They turned out AMAZING! It went from a orange/yellowish color to a beautiful grey rustic look. I seriously could not believe it was the same floor. They treat you very well and their work is hands-down the best. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I wanted to install hardwoods upstairs and refinish my main level from 17 years of wear. Initially, I contacted the big players because I wanted to be sure quality work would be guaranteed. Then, on a hunch and based on a review I asked F &C Floor to provide an estimate. I am so glad I did - I loved using these guys over the other companies for a number of reasons. 1) You don't have to hire a separate moving company to move your big furniture. They will charge you a little extra to move it before they start if you moved all the little stuff and pack up the contents. 2) The cost for the work, it was very fair 3) Small, family business. When the owners are invested in the work it's quality 4) The workmanship on my floors were amazing, looks fantastic 5) The timeline - they did such a big job so quickly (3-4 days), they were organized and brought in enough help.6) Cleanliness they cleaned up during and after their work, minimal dust and dirt.

Had F&C Floor out this week to repair a small section of flooring. After receiving quotes from several companies, F&C was the best price and was able to come out quickly. They arrived on time, were knowledgeable and we are so happy with the work. They were friendly and polite. Highly recommend F&C for any flooring needs!

Felix and his team was a subcontractor for my kitchen renovation. They were very nice, working fast, professional. They even fixed the scratch that other team made when they were installing appliances. Very happy . Special thanks to Guillermo. Such a nice young man, knowledgeable . wasn’t happy about the colors in the beginning. He mixed colors and it works perfectly. Will definitely keep them in mind for other floor projects.

I am very happy to write this review for F&C Floor Services. I had my main level and Kitchen area repaired and refinished. The team arrived on time each day and cleaned up their area. The team was respectful, courteous and professional at all times. I would definitely recommend this company. The price was reasonable for the quality they provided. I called this Company from Google search. Ivan really is professional. His website was very easy to understand and knowing he is a small business owner, we hired him. We are absolutely thrilled with our refinished hardwood. It looks like brand new floors! Honest pricing. I’m going to use the business again and refer to my friends.

I asked Ivan to do a very difficult job, using his interior, hardwood floor, sanders to sand down my outdoor deck, which was made of extremely hard and dense expensive Brazilian wood. He and his crew worked long hours to get all previous finishes off of the Brazilian wood, and to bring it down to perfectly brand new squares of decking . He and his two young associates then displayed an exceptional amount of knowledge about various stains and finishes as they went about making my outdoor deck, look brand new. Their work was impeccable. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and were professional about the entire job. I could not recommend Ivan and his AB hardwood floor crew any higher. They are simply the best.

Ivan was timely and professional when redoing our old hardwood floors. He was very responsive and honest during the entire process. After hiring a lot of contractors for renovating our home, it was refreshing to have someone truly care about the quality of their work and being there when he said they would. AB Flooring
Ivan and his crew recently did an amazing job on our hickory hardwood floor. We wanted to erase the walnut stain and go natural and lighten the hickory. It was a total transformation as you can see in the photos. The crew was on time, tidy and respectful of our home. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. We love it.

Ivan owner/operator of AB Custom Wood Flooring just finished today refinishing my wood floors.
I interviewed 5 companies before choosing Ivan.
He is very responsive! He is a gentleman and shows up when he says he will! Ivan was not the cheapest but I still chose him above the others as I trusted him and I was not disappointed!
Now to the floors! He is extremely hard working and took time and great care in helping me to decide a perfect stain. Extra couple hours to stain 4 different t areas for me to select! The first day he and his co worker worked 13.5 hours to keep the process going! Wrap it up with my floors look beautiful ! Thanks Ivan! Job well done!
