Ivan and team did a great job for me. I already had hard wood flooring installed in my home but some recent renovation and removal of walls required blending in new wood to fill in the gaps that were missing. Ivan did a great job with that repair making it look 100% seemless. While he was there i had him install new flooring (replacing tile) in another room then sand and refinish everything so it looks new.
It looks great. He was very reasonable on costs, did excellent work and he stands behind his work.

Ivan added new wood floors to the second floor of our house and our staircase. The results look great – the wood was perfectly installed and he stained them to match our existing wood floors downstairs. It took him less than a week start to finish, when other contractors were telling us the job would take 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend!

Ivan and his team were exceptional from start to finish. We had them place new hardwood in the kitchen and tie it into the dining room before refinishing the whole first floor. We had four stains tested, but after feedback we went with a finish over the natural wood. Overall, we couldn’t be happier and it was the perfect update for our home!

Every now and then you are fortunate to find a truly exceptional business that delivers high quality work with the service to match. Denver Wood Floors was just that business for me. Ivan and Michael are skilled craftsmen that take pride in their work and can be relied on to be on time and complete the work as promised. They were able to replace some sections of my floor seamlessly and refinish my oak floors so they look new. They were clean and careful with my furniture and were just the best in every way!

My home has the original hardwood floors from 1948 and I have 2 large dogs that like to chase each other around the house at times which has left gouges from their nails in spots. I contacted Ivan about getting an estimate on a Saturday. I heard back from him the same day and was scheduled for the following Wednesday. He arrived on time, looked at my floors and suggested the last coat on my floors be a 2-component sealer since I have dogs (He also did trowel fill which makes a huge difference because it filled in all the slight gaps between the wood where it has naturally separated over time). Ivan was very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and very responsive to all my questions. Ivan did a fantastic job refinishing my hardwood floors, I never knew they could look so good!

Ivan and his crew did an incredible job refinishing our bamboo floors. The process from sending in an inquiry to completing the job was a breeze. Ivan was always prompt with answering texts/calls. Highly recommend!

Ivan and his team did a great job on our floors. They were in bad shape (worn down and discolored) and he made them look brand new. They worked quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. Before and after photos below.

I really like what Ivan and his team did for my floors. They were in rough shape. There were some pretty tough spots and some of the big cat urine stains didn't come completely out (but hey, that's homey characteristics for the house, right?). All the other crazy stuff came right up. The process was quick - they sanded, stripped (I'm sure among other things) and put down two coats on the first day. Then Ivan came back the next morning to attend to the little things and then added the final coat.

Ivan did a great job on our floors. He made them look exactly what we were looking for. His team braved a huge snow storm to make sure our floors got done in time. Would recommend!
