Affordable, prompt and professional! I tried to clean my own rug after watching a couple of youtube videos, and I made a small stain ten times worse. My living room rug went from a bright white to nice mix of yellow, green, blue and black. Not to mention, the stain went from being in one place on the rug to several places --it was a DIY disaster and 100% my fault. It's safe to say that, "leave it to the professionals" applied here. A quick google search later, I called Briggs Floor Care and they took care of it the same day. The gentlemen that came to my house were courteous and very prompt. They call you when they are exactly 30 minutes away, which served as a nice 'heads up'. the whole process took less than 20 minutes. They moved my furniture out of the way, and then put it back exactly the way it was after. I normally don't write a review for every service I find online, but, I am all for giving credit when it's due --Thank you!

R&M Wood Floor Cleaning & Refinishing did a great job on a very tight timeline. They are one of the only company's in the area that offers cleaning/rebuffing; screening/recoating and full refinishing in one seemless package and they are willing to do different levels of service depending on the condition of the floor in each room. Ricardo carefully inspected our floors and did a great job providing us with options and transparent pricing. He also proactively communicated throughout the whole process.

Didn’t tell me that my hardwood floor color correction service could be as low as 50% ineffective until he was onsite eith equipment in the house. Large spot in kitchen is still visible. Im dissapointed. Don’t use color correction service! I was never informed up front verbally in writing or in the quote. Disclosures like that need to be in writing, not the day of service. On the day the work was completed, I thought it looked good. However, I could only see it from one angle/side because it was drying. My wife noticed the spot a week later and I reached out to Alex. He said he can’t make it better and was not willing to redo that area of the kitchen at my expense. The customer service was good up to the point of informing me the day of service, when setting up that color correction only works 50% of the time. Who wants to take such a gamble with their money?
