It was past 7 on a Thursday and I was frantically googling companies that do hard wood floors after realizing the floors of the house we were moving into on Saturday needed more TLC than a basic cleaning. Charleston answered and came out last minute on Friday and worked late to get the floors done before we moved in. It wasn’t quite dry when we arrived the next morning and my kids rushed in and left some footprints, he came out Monday to repair the spots. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously cares about his craft. We will definitely be using him for future needs.

Wow! Charleston was amazing and professional. I felt at ease with him and he was a straight shooter about issues with my carpet. I would definitely use him again and would wholeheartedly endorse him to anyone needing his services. Spot On is an appropriate name for his company.

Our experience with Charleston and his team has been exceptional. He was fast to respond to our initial query and came out same day to give an estimate. We have hand scraped hardwood floors that were dull and scuffed in parts. Initially we were not sure if the light screen and recoat would work but the floors refinished beautifully and quickly (within 3 days). Charleston was professional and walked us through the whole process, gave an honest assessment of our floor needs and quoted us a very fair price for turning our scuffed floors into floors that look completely new. His crew also did a wonderful job with cleaning our carpets. Overall would highly recommend him and his team for your floor (especially hardwood) needs.

Anyway, I had deeply embedded dirt embedded in the wood grain of high traffic areas. Charleston spent about four hours making sure it was completely gone. Honestly, just a really good guy that does good, honest work.

Charleston was extremely quick to respond. We were able to schedule our carpet cleaning for 48 hours later. He was able to remove a stain from our bedroom that had been present for months. We will definitely use Spot On again!
