Our company, J & J Construction Services, based in Eagle Pass and Uvalde, TX, faced an unexpected emergency that seemed unfixable. On a regular Monday afternoon, we contacted Mr. Roy for assistance at a site 2 hours from his office. We needed an overnight job to clean and resurface a concrete polished floor. Without hesitation, Roy confirmed his availability.

Despite our initial doubts, as it was our first time working with Royal Masters; Roy arrived onsite exactly when he promised. He and his team exceeded our expectations, delivering a finished product ahead of schedule. They worked throughout the night which allowed us to meet our project deadline seamlessly. Roy’s exceptional communication and project management were crucial to our success.

We hired Royal Masters Floor Cleaning Services to restore the hardwood floors in our home. Roy and his team came in and did a phenomenal job bringing our old floors back to life in the time frame I needed. A very dishonest company!
I have had a very disappointing experience with this dishonest company. When I first called, Roy quoted me $1.15 per square foot for polishing and sealing the marble floor, and $3.50 per square foot for restoring it. He also sent me a sample video. The conversation was very polite and Friendly.
However, once they arrived at my house and began the work, they called to inform me that the price of $1.15 per square foot was only for cleaning and sealing the floor. They claimed that the marble had been waxed, and the cost would now increase to $2 per square foot, despite the fact that the working method remained the same.

They insisted that if I was unhappy with the price, they would stop working immediately. Since I needed to get the job done to put the house on the market, I ultimately agreed to the new price. Toward the end of the work, they contacted me for the payment. I went back to the house and found them still working on the wet floor. I watched them finish it up. but I noticed they hadn’t yet do the sealing part.

I made the payment thinking they would seal the floor once it was completely dry. Later that afternoon, I called Roy to ask when they would come back to seal the floor. To my surprise, he told me they had already completed that step at the same time as cleaning the floor, which didn’t make sense to me.

I asked whether they seal the floor while it’s wet or only after it dried. Instead of answering, he asked what I wanted: “Do you want me to seal it again? If that’s what you want, I can come back to seal it again.”

In summary, my conclusions are:
1. This company initially quotes an attractive price try very hard to win your business.
2. Once they secure the job, they fabricate excuses to increase the price.
3. They manipulate the situation to pressure you into accepting their charges.
4. They do not deliver a quality job; all they care about is extracting more money from you.

If a zero-star rating were available, I would choose it for this company. I paid over $1,600 for the work , and now I have to hire someone else to redo it. The floor is simply not presentable!

We are so happy with the work Roy and his team did on our floors. We had tried to clean and restore our engineered wood floors ourselves but this was a mistake. We actually made the floors look worse. Our floors now look so good and feel so clean. I highly recommend Roy. They are fast and do very clean work.

We needed a small amount of wood floor cleaning in a tiny South Pasadena condo. The stains were deep, old and ugly. Jon came in, cleaned, and left a much, much better looking wood floor. He was careful not to waste time, and he charged only for the time he spent actually cleaning. The price seemed quite reasonable to us. We wanted the wood floors cleaned before we moved into our recently purchased resale home so we found Heaven's Best Hardwood Floor Cleaning services on Google. Two of the rooms had very light colored floors which needed special attention. Mike and his crew did a great job! The wood floors are beautiful, even the light colored ones.
