I had called royal masters about coming to my home to give me an estimate on my floors. I had texted them a few weeks back and they provided me a quote with just a picture but decided go to look at other options. Eventually I came back to them and called them. They quoted me way more than before but I decided to still set up a time for someone to come to my home to take a look at the floors in person so they can actually give me a more detailed/exact estimate. I really don’t believe everything can be examined over one picture. They even said someone would test the floors. I took off work early and no one came. I was very upset and asked them why no one showed up. They stated it was because they had seen the picture from a few weeks ago and they gave me my estimate. First off they quoted me 85 cents per sq ft then on the phone $1.25 per sq ft. They also never said “hey we saw your picture from a couple weeks ago. We think it would be X amount so no need for us to come by”You can see my concern of why I wanted someone to physically come in. Very unprofessional expected better communication. Can’t speak on their actual service which seems great but as far as customer service and communication I’m very disappointed

I had bad pet stains on my carpets and I called different companies to clean my carpets. I got a lot of the stains will just be lighter not fully out. I called Royal Masters Floor Cleaning, and they said they will get the stains. Sure enough my carpets looked just like brand new carpet!! Thank you Royal Masters for treating my home with care!

I had my real hardwood floors cleaned after my home renovation. I had sheet rock dust and joint compound over spray on my floors. It looked hopeless. I had Royal Masters come and they made me feel so much better. They explained everything to me and walked me through the process. Now my floor are beautiful again🙂

We thought we did a good job putting wax on our wood floors. Well after time with a dog and wet weather the wax started to turn white. Called Royal to remove the wax.and power wash kitchen tile . We schedule a few days later. Service was Quick and professional. Gave us instructions on keeping it looking good. Gave us the information we needed to maintain the floor.

Awesome service from begining to end! I was attended promptly by phone, and was immediately scheduled for cleaning and buffing my terrazzo floors. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I was a bit concerned about this type of job, since the cleaning requires washing the floors and buffing, and I thought there could be some splashing or damaging of the surrounding walls or baseboards, but that was not the case - everything was pristine at the end of the cleaning! All my floors now look so shiny and bright! I am extremely pleased with the entire experience!! 👍👍

Roy and his team was AMAZING! I thought, that I was going to have to replace my laminate floors. Previous owners used wax and damaged them. I was desperate to find a solution.
I gave Roy’s business a call, and without hesitation, he knew what my floors needed and showed up to our home to do the work. 3.5 hours later, my floors look NEW and absolutely gorgeous… really came close to tears!!
The were accommodating, punctual, professional and very reasonable. I will call them again… without a doubt!

Roy helped to remove years and years of wax build up on my grandmas hardwood floors and tile. The floors looked so amazing afterwards. He was professional, took his time to do the job right and even went over the area a 2nd time to ensure all the wax was gone. We were so pleased with how they came out. Roy did a great job with our carpet! I only wanted the family room and hallway cleaned and he didn't pressure me to do any further work. He worked quickly yet thoroughly and the carpets looked great afterwards. His prices are fair and he even left the fans for a bit longer to make sure the carpet was all the way dry. Great service at a great price!
