Very professional company. Will and his team worked very hard and they are very strong. A lot of digging in a very hard ground. They never complained. We are very thankful for the job they completed.

The neighborhood plumber has been such a great company to deal with . We have had plumbing issues and we have had five new toliets installed, ( we have 5 bathrooms) and we have had the same plumber each time, We feel like he knows our home, our pipes, etc. The office staff is knowledgeable and so nice. Prices are reasonable and with the new water system check that BWW is requiring homeowners to have , Neighborhood plumber comes out to our home and checks our water yearly and reports to Bww for us . NO HASSLE..

My preschool had a pipe break and we had to turn off the main water line. They managed to squeeze us in and had the pipe fixed quickly. They are such a blessing!!

BBW only allows certain plumbers to test backflow valves. Matt has that certification. He also detected in the first year that the backflow valve was on the wrong line and I was able to get it corrected by the builder under warranty. They are easy to schedule and get the job done in a timely manner.

The plumber showed up on time and was professional and courteous. He determined that my issue was covered by what amounted to their company warranty, so I was not charged for the service call. Even so, he still thanked me for letting him come out and fix the problem and said to be sure to let them know if there were any further issues. I was extremely pleased, and would not hesitate to contact them going forward.

Malcolm was on-time and courteous. He patiently listened to my prattle, asked smart questions and listened to the answers! Quoted price and was working less than 10 minutes after arrival - completed sanitary line clean-out and confirming flush in about 45 minutes - explained what he encountered, made further recommendations, cleaned and packed up, collected funds in 15 minutes and was on his way - another satisfied customer! :D

I have used neighborhood plumber twice. They have been quick and efficient. They do not waste time and they are very knowledgeable.

These guys were incredibly helpful on a weekend emergency when our usual trusted plumber was out of town. The response was swift, the work was well-done and completed quickly and the price was reasonable (considering it was an hours-long weekend call and the guy was up to his knees in mud in our front yard).

Came recommended by others n community. Staff very knowledgeable & explained every step so I would clearly understand the issues & the replacement process. Ok am beyond pleased.

First of all, they were on time actually a bit early, which I was completely fine with. Very professional and knowledgeable. we thought we had a very serious leak outside, but it was my hot water heater expansion tank, which drains outside. I never would’ve guessed that was the issue. Austin was the name of the plumber that came out today.
