Will came out today for our clogged pipes. He was very polite and respectful. He accomplished the repair in a timely manner and managed to remove the blocked allowing us to use.our bathrooms in peace once again.

Will was very courteous, clean & he arrived well within the timeline given. I have used this company for at least 15 years and I have yet to be disappointed with their service. Well done Neighborhood Plumber.

Great Service! Each year they take care of my backflow testing and they make it quick and easy. Highly recommend.

This is the third time we have used The Neighborhood Plumber. I even waited for them to come because though they do charge a fee to come out, they put it towards their service which I cannot find with another reputable company. They are on time, professional and do great work!

They did a great job of unclogging our garbage disposal, and they were able to do it the same day! They even stayed a few minutes longer to give us advice on a couple of things, and to tighten up a kitchen faucet. We have used them before, and will definitely use them again!

All the work done was quick and efficiently done. Preston and the trainees worked very well and complete every project to my great satisfaction. We've used the Neighborhood Plumber previously and will in the future. Thank you again!

New customer set up easy and appointment made quickly. Good communication about appointment. Technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had new gas fireplace log system installed. Only took an hour. We found a plumber for life and have already inquired about running new lines to switch from electric to gas in the kitchen!

Water heater went out and had scheduled for next morning, they called later same day and were able to coming earlier. After an honest discussion of the frequency of recent repairs and options, a new water heater was selected. They had one in stock and Will was able to remove the old and install the new the same day! Neighborhood Plumber will continue to be our got-to plumber! Great job as usual.

This is a wonderful company that cares about their customers! They are extremely honest and upfront! Austin was great to work with and found my obscure issue! We will use The Neighborhood Plumber for all plumbing needs in the future!

These guys were knowledgeable and efficient! In less than an hour, our problem was fixed! We've used this company before, and will do so again if ever needed! Thanks for a job well done!

Excellent company and customer service! I had a leak behind bathroom wall! Preston was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the issue. The price was very reasonableI and I will continue being a valued customer!

October 30th they came and unclogged my drain from the kitchen out to the sewer. It started clogging again the last week of January. I called on February 1st to ask for help. The owner said they had a 90 day warranty, and that he would honor it even though I was a day, or two past it. They sent Malcom out right away, and he fixed it at no charge. It was worth the initial expense to a company that backs their word! Great folks! I’ll use them again, and they have my highest recommendation!

The Neighborhood Plumber Inc has such amazing customer service. Preston was prompt, professional, and very thorough with his inspection. He made sure I understood everything he did and what still needed to be done. I so appreciate the customer service and attention to detail! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

Consistently great service, flexibility and understanding, and professional, knowledgeable and diligent service personnel every time I'm in need of plumbing assistance. Issues are always resolved quickly, thoroughly and expertly. Could not be happier with The Neighborhood Plumber, and major thanks to everyone I've had the pleasure of working with, including Malcolm - your work is significant and very much appreciated!
