Andrew’s crew did excellent job from start to clean up , third time to use Grays for major tree work last few years, never a problem. Prompt and professional. Very responsive to any issues or questions I had about the work being done.

These guys are the best. I love running a chainsaw but when the job is over my pay grade, I call Gray's.

I needed a very tall, leaning Hackberry removed and went to Gray's for the job. I've been using them for probably 20 years. I don't even get other estimates because I totally trust them to be fair, safe and professional. They have their own equipment and their crews are very skilled. Today I had the "60 Ton Crew". The foreman and crane operator was very skilled at operating the huge crane, the climber was strategic, agile and sure footed, very careful and fast! The ground crew of 2 also worked carefully and fast. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Gray's! It's always sad to loose a tree and this company and their crews absolutely get it.

I called Gray’s after receiving recommendations from friends. They were supposed to come handle pesky trees at my place last week. They canceled last minute and rescheduled for the following day bc of equipment issues. Ok. Then they couldn’t come that day bc they were behind. Ok. I rescheduled for today and THEY STILL HAVEN’T SHOWED UP. I’ve taken THREE DAYS off of work to be here to meet the crew that’s scheduled all day at my house. I’m absolutely furious. 0/10 do not recommend. Unreliable. Unprofessional. I’ve called to change the scope of my project to include simply a tree limb that’s impacting my neighbors house. I’m livid.

We had 3 trees removed 2 of the trees were dead and in hard to reach spots but it was no issue for grays tree service.

I had to remove two trees before the Eden Villas HOA had a heart attack. Gill went out of the way during the Xmas break, cut the trees down , and removed them promptly. Very professional.

Very happy with the work done by the 60 ton crew with Gray’s tree service! We had a large oak taken down and were very impressed with the whole operation. The crew was great to work with and very careful and accommodating for us and our neighbors property. The crew handled all the brush removal and cleaned everything up as if they were never there. Highly recommend!

Andrew and the entire crew with Gray’s Tree Service did an exceptional job taking down a 100 ft pine tree for us yesterday. The entree crew was friendly, helpful and did a great job cleaning up and grinding the stump. We have used Gray’s before and highly recommend them. We are very pleased

I hired this company to remove three trees. They first scheduled me for July, then said their crane was broken and moved it to October. When October came, they never showed up, said the crane was broken again, and stopped returning my calls. Very unreliable and unprofessional — hard to believe they have a 4.9 rating. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Grays Tree Service really helped us out recently when we had a huge tree fall on our house. They were there initially to take it out fairly promptly. They worked with us as well since they couldn’t get all of the tree removed as it was too far away to reach with their largest crane, and sent the stump grinders to grind it and some other stumps up. They told us not to pay until the job was completed, which was a while since there had been numerous trees down in the area. The guys on the team couldn’t have been nicer. Grays even replaced the grass that was taken up when they came to remove the tree off of our curb, as it also damaged our neighbor’s grass. We would recommend them for sure. The only reason for not having 5 stars was the length of time we had to wait to have the job completed as it took about 2 months.

Andrew’s crew with Gray’s was outstanding! They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with everything. I used them year’s ago and they are just as good now than they have ever been!

We have used Gray's for all of our tree removal since owning our home. We have huge, old mature trees that have been dying the longer we live here. It is a normal life cycle of trees. We have always had one point of contact and the equipment and professionalism of the entire Gray's team is unmatched. There may be random shops out there that are cheaper, but we have always been taken care of with Gray's. The quality of the job is always excellent and if there are any issues with our sod after the trees are removed, Gray's always puts everything back to normal. We will continue to use Gray's for any future tree project.

Had a large pine tree fall in an awkward downhill lie, called Gray’s and they removed it with a grapple truck. Very professional, well done, it was tricky!!!

Grays does a wonderful job on tree and stump removal, especially on cleanup. This is the second time we have used them. They also did great work for my neighbor last year.

We had a very large Hickory tree removed from our front flowerbed. They not only did a superior job removing the tree, but also ground up the stump and spread all the mulch that provided throughout the flowerbed. Then they cleaned up all the "mess" that fell outside the flowerbed. They took great pride in their work and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This company does what it says it will do! I really appreciate that. Melinda, in the office, kept me informed about when I could expect the team to be at my house. Devon and his crew were courteous, very professional, they worked efficiently and cleaned up when they were done. I HIGHLY recommend this company when you need tree work done.
