Craigs Quality Tree Service was excellent from start to finish! From calling the office, Debra dispatching the guys to assess, contract signing, to removing and haul off — ALL IN THE SAME DAY. Even a follow up with pictures of the job before, during, and after. We are grateful for this team and look forward to a working relationship with them in the future! Thank you all so much for helping us!

I had my second go around with Craig's tree service. I had 3 trees taken down 3 years ago and one taken down today. I have been impressed by their work. I have no hesitation about recommending them to anyone looking for tree work. Timely response and communication throughout.

Also, sorry to hear about Craig's passing. Two of the guys in today's 3-man crew were here the first time as well, so I'm glad the daughter is able to step in and that the crew is sticking together.

Had several trees removed, stumps ground and fallen trees removed. All done by a professional crew. Will call on them again when need arises. They are highly recommended by me.

Professional and fast! Friendly, honest staff that abide by their quotes. I recommend Craig to anyone needing brush or trees cleared. No frills!

I wasn't impressed at all. After reading all the great reviews I am left wondering what happened when they got to my house. They trenched up my yard with heavy trucks. They went through my neighbors yard and damaged his yard. I spent the better part of a day for me to clean up the mess they left.

Amazing quality work done for my mother clearly trees off her property and not leaving a mess, very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done

I am giving one star for answering the phone & one for reasonable pricing, those are 2 decent qualities about this company but other than that they are very slow about getting things done & they poorly communicated to us about when they are coming back to finish the job, also because the job we called them for is under $1000 they unprofessionally told us that our tree situation is not priority to them, yet we've been waiting a week now to be serviced because they dont have the proper equipment to work on muddy terrain. Can't wait till the job is done & we won't be using them again. Sorry, not sorry.

I have used Craig's service twice and have been pleased. Other services I tried to contact either never called me back or took weeks to do so. With Craig, I got quick response for an estimate, and work was started promptly.

Had a large tree fall on a rental house on 6-26-16. Called Craig. Within a few minutes of my call they were at work on my tree. Took about six hard hours to get this giant tree off the house. These guys never missed a beat. They know what they are doing and they hit the ground running. I could not ask for better or faster service.... I am one happy customer.

The guys did a great job trimming huge overgrown hard to reach bushes. They were very eager to please and accommodated all my requests. They were very polite and respectful and cleaned up the debris. Communication with the customer about schedule and arrival times needs to be better, but we are very pleased with their work.

I contacted 3 other tree services and found them completely completely unreliable and unprofessional. If you are doing your due diligence stop here. This job was for 3 trees in excess of 30 feet tall and was dangerously close to the power line feed going into my house. and was very close to my house. All of the other companies said that they did not need to contact the power company. Craig’s Tree Service coordinated the job with the power company and I deeply appreciated the professionalism.
