My AC unit stopped working suddenly last Friday, June 30th. It was set to be 99 degrees outside the next day. And of course it broke down after 6pm so that I'd need to pay after-hours rates for the dispatch fee. Of course.
I called at least 10 businesses and several times each. Wade was the only one that 1) wasn't charging exorbitantly just to come out and 2) were available relatively soon.
Justin from Wade came out and was amazing! He couldn't find anything awry, except that our breakers were off, so he did not charge us for any repair, even though he'd spent at least 30 minutes troubleshooting. As far as we are concerned, he could have come up with something for which to charge us, but he did not. He even advised us on A/C and filter maintenance.
We are extremely thankful for the swift and honest work that he did. He was professional, kind, timely, informative, and didn't try to pull one over on us. We will absolutely call Wade again in the future! You should too!

I literally searched for someone to install my new AC/Heating unit for 2 months. I spoke to, and got quotes from 5 business's. Wade's had the best price, they have me a quote very quickly and the guy that came to my house was so friendly! They installed my 3 ton Trane unit in no time! They are hands down the best! I won't call anyone else ever again. The others were either too expensive, or gave us the run-around. Trust me, Wade's is the way to go if you want top notch service that's fits your budget! Thanks again guys! I'm loving my new system!!!

Wade Heating and Air has been providing annual service for me since installing my system. They were part of a renovation team coordinated by my contractor, so I had no previous experience with them. After dealing with their crew and engaging with their employees at all levels, I decided to use them for my routine service. They are awesome!! Just an amazing and trustworthy company.

Wade has serviced/repaired different issues with our HVAC system on three occasions now. The technicians have been very knowledgeable and kind, and have consistently provided excellent service. They not only fixed the issues, but took time to explain the root causes and specifically what they did to fix them. Also, when possible, they gave us information on steps we could take to help minimize the chance of recurrence.

Tech told us the issue was compressor and evaporator coil, charged us for a refrigerant charge, and said they would have to come back. We have a 5 month old baby and the house was not cooling. Additionally they never attempted to reschedule and I had to call back twice for them to only be able to come back 6 days later.

I had a different company come out who fixed it within 45 minutes by adding refrigerant. They also showed me how it was not possible the last company added any refrigerant. There was no issue with our evaporator coil or compressor.

I would give zero stars if I could. We have now had 2 bad experiences with Wade. Most recently, we called to get an estimate to replace our unit or just the compressor. The tech that came out was rude to my husband from the beginning. We were charged a $95 service fee when there was no service to perform. We already had someone from another company come out that morning, so we knew what the problem was. We knew that we needed a new system, so why would we need a service call? They misunderstood what we needed and we had to pay for it. I wouldn’t have given them a check, but my husband did just to get rid of the guy. I called and spoke with the manager, who could not have cared less about our experience. He was not trying to resolve anything. When I told him how rude the tech was, he said he wasn’t making excuses, but it was really hot outside, so that’s probably why we had that experience. I cannot imagine saying that to a customer. The manager was rude and unprofessional. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They have lost the business of my parents, who have used them for many years. They have lost the business of my sister, who has also used them. They have lost all future business for anyone in my family. If I was the owner of Wade, I would seriously look into the people that are the faces of this company.

Adam was great. We called to book an appointment and they got to us next day. We called knowing that we may just need to replace our unit. As the day drug on, we wondered if they would make it to us, and when we saw Adam work, we knew it was because he treats every client as if they are the only one. Adam got to work and cleaned our condenser coil while at our house. He felt like it was going to make a noticeable difference, and we may not have to replace our unit, but we still requested a quote. We really appreciated a company giving us options and trying the low-hanging fruit first.
