I have a system that is ~12 years old now and recently needed some work done to fix a loss of cool air flow. I got satisfiable service quickly, found it was a capacitor issue and we were good to go. But at this point in the age of the system, I figured it was a good idea to start getting regular check ups. They had a good sounding little program at One Hour for biannual service, and so I took them up on it.

Just had my first Fall/Winter checkup, and Brandon was a nice guy who was very helpful. He gave the whole system a lookover, then went over with me any areas of concern. Each concerning point he supported with pictures of the components and respective measurements. I was then free to browse all the bottom line services and choose what I wanted done if anything. All prices were up front and were bottom line, no service fees topped on later.

The transparency of the whole process was a huge plus for me. I'm not an HVAC expert, but I also don't like feeling like I'm getting jerked around, so I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to service recommendations. I felt informed enough the whole time to make my decision confidently, and I like that.

Overall, my initial impressions of One Hour Air is great. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update it here.

This week we had a great experience with One Hour Air, Blaine came and diagnosed the issues with our furnace. He was very thorough on explaining the issue and the different level of fixes available. We felt very well equipped to understand the problem. Later Aaron came in order to give us a quote and he also made sure we really understood our options and worked with us to get to the price and service we wanted

One Hour A/C to the rescue one more. Blaine did an amazing job of ensuring our duct issues were resolved. He also took the time to explain why the issue had possibly occurred and what he did to resolve it. He is an excellent technician and is a wonderful asset to the company. He provided the service with a positive attitude and smile. Thanks again Blaine for your excellent service.

Technician Aaron was excellent with his presentation and knowledge of the system. I started out wanting to just replace an old thermostat with the exact same one. But after Aaron explained in deep detail about my options I decided to upgrade to the digital thermostat. He is definitely the example of what a technician/salesman should be. When you have excellent customer service you will make it far in life.

Aaron came to our house quickly on a Sunday to help out with a furnace issue. Another company had been to the house twice in the past week, billed us both times, but never fixed the problem. Aaron was awesome! Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and patiently explained the source of the problem. Quickly got our furnace going and offered future assistance if we had any other issues. Aaron, Cameron, & Sedric were very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with identifying a serious problem and replacing my entire AC/heating system - all within 24 hours! On a routine 6-month service check two days ago, Aaron found a crack in our heating manifold that was leaking potentially dangerous amounts of carbon monoxide into our home around noon on Wednesday, then Cameron & Sedric had replaced our entire system by 2:00 on Thursday. Talk about fast and efficient service - WOW!!! These outstanding professionals were on time, their work was excellent and they completely cleaned up after the job as if they were never here. I will definitely ask for them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a fantastic & reliable HVAC company & crew!

My A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called in Friday morning to schedule an appointment with One Hour. Brandon arrived Friday afternoon to assess and give me several options. He explained each one in detail and didn't push me in my decision making. Keep in mind, my heating and cooling unit was 26 years old. I decided to go with the best option available, especially since they offered payment plans. Saturday morning, bright and early, Cameron and Sedric arrived. Without hesitation, they got straight to work, removing my old units, cleaning all my duct work (which has never been done) and prepping for the new units going in. Sedric and Cameron put me at ease with their professional approach and attitude during the entire job. After working tirelessly all day, I now have a brand new, updated, top of the line heating and cooling system, with a great warranty and a piece of mind. I can't thank these guys enough for their knowledge, professionalism and respect for my home. Thank you One Hour and especially Brandon, Sedric and Cameron for a job well done!

This is my land lord's business, and Jake is awesome. If something needs to be fixed it gets fixed. Doesn't matter what it is. He can take care of it.

I sure can't complain about the time it took Glenn to get here and get the problem with my AC fixed. I called at approximately 2:45 to report the problem and at 4:30 I was calling the office to give my credit card information for payment. Glenn is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, everything you want in a technician. I highly recommend them.
