Mr. Wade came out promptly and gave me a good price. His techs had trouble with my thermostat and they made my wife drive from Homewood to Hueytown twice to fill out paperwork. Nice people, but need a little work on their professionalism.

Had a bad blower motor on my heat pump.Adam came out and determined the motor was still under warranty,he drove to hwy 280 and returned that afternoon with a new motor and got me up and running! I'm a new customer of wade heating and cooling after this experience I will be a regular customer!

This company was used by the previous owners of my home, so I decided to use them as well. Now I know why they use them. They came out and did my Winter inspection it was very good experience, so when I started having water heater problem I called them out again. They were very professional, easy too tàlk with. The receptionist Kamala voiçe was always welcoming. I enjoyed doing business with them. It was like doing business the old fashioned way. What a nice change.

Wade heating and air was a HVAC sub contractor for a remodel we're doing and I can say they've been one of the most pleasant parts of the entire project. We added an entire new unit and new duct work for the remodel. Bill was our contact and manager of the HVAC part of the project and simply stated: Bill is the freakin man! He's that rare combination of friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure we not only were pleased with everything, but also to make sure we made the right decisions; even if that meant us paying less. We didn't have a HVAC company before this, but we do now. We'll be calling Wade Heating and Air for anything we need related to our HVAC system(s) going forward. Highly recommend!

Zach the repair man was super professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain to me the problem and the solution. I’ll definitely be using Wade Heating and Air again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

This company is by far the worse company I have ever interacted with. After having my heater stop working on New Years day I called the warranty I had and was told it would be covered and I would have no charge. Then Wade Heating and Air called me and I asked three time if there would be any charge I was told no each time. Once he arrived I asked the Tech Zach if there was any fees for him coming out I was reassured once again there would not be. Now after he was done looking at the furnace he told me his diagnostic and said he was going to do the paper work. Then he came back and asked me to sign an $85 dollar bill. After discussing he called his dad who told him to just get me to sign it and they would turn me over to collections. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone. I have now received a bill and been called a liar on the phone by Bill Zach's Dad who told me his son told him everything, so I should just go to a different company and pay my bill.

Wade is a superb company for any heating or cooling needs. Their Employees are professional and very knowledgeable of all brand HVAC systems. Very personable staff. Would highly recommend Wade Heating and Air.
