One Hour AC & Heating came out quickly, diagnosed our problem, and spoke honestly about our options. James was professional and did a great job. We had a new a/c installed early the next morning. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was EXCELLENT! 10/10 would recommend!!

We were very happy that we were able to schedule a technician after hours. James sent a text to let us know he was within ten minutes of our home, which we appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about our a/c issue and honest about the charges. If we have other a/c or heating issues, we would not hesitate to work with James again.

Very professional and detailed service. I was very pleased and the technician was very careful on how protected my home from dirt on his feet and he cleaned up and swept when he completed the job.

Once I mentioned my insurance company was involved, I was upcharged and the repair did not fix the issue. I was told there were additional parts needing replacement. The tech continued to ask me questions about how insurance was handling this, and something about this seemed off to me. Well after another inspection we found the tech was not being 100% honest about additional parts needed. Maybe it was an oversight? Maybe it was a way to upcharge. Either way as a customer it did not sit well with me.

I highly recommend One hour air conditioning & heating once technician James Isbell arrived less than hour I was fixed and ready! price was in my budget I’ll definitely calling soon get rest of work that needs be done! Thanks a lot.

Response time was incredible, as was the amount of time it took to perform the actual work. Price was also fair and in range of what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the service. Blaine determined what the issue was quickly and also found other things that needed to be addressed. He was quick with the repairs and explained everything well and showed pictures he took of the unit before and after he serviced them. Im looking forward to relying on them in the future.

Chad did a quick but thorough job of diagnosing the problem we had with our thermostat. He explained the problem and what he needed to do to fix it for us. He worked quickly and efficiently and got it running in no time. He was great to work with and very friendly and courteous. A 5 star review for him and One Hour!!

We had a wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience from Cameron when he came out to do our maintenance inspection. He was very thorough and took time to explain everything he was seeing and we trusted him right away because we could see he truly cared. He finished taking care of the cleaning our unit needed and adding the overflow switch so we would be able to avoid a previously stressful situation. We made a new friend by the time he had completed the job at our home. Honestly, we’ve have had positive interactions from everyone who we have met from this company, but if you have the chance to be serviced by Cameron, I am certain you will be very impressed as well!

Aaron Anderson came back out, after another tech completed a furnace service and our system unexpectedly lost power to the attic circuit. He quickly diagnosed that a wire had inadvertently shorted, restored power, and thoroughly tested both the heat and air conditioning before leaving to make sure everything was working properly.

Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the visit, especially given that we were not home when he arrived. We truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to address the issue on Christmas Eve. Excellent service and follow-through.

We had an issue with our thermostat/AC on a Saturday and were able to get same-day service, which was great because we had called two other companies before we called them and those companies didn't have that kind of availability. The technician helped us resolve the issue and did so thoroughly (stayed for nearly five hours). Seeing the work, we ended up doing another service we had been putting off for the house, and we asked them for their availability, which they completed the next day. This company was referred to us by a family member, and we could not be more satisfied.
