Wade’s Heating and Air did a great job servicing our air conditioner. Zach was very friendly and showed up exactly when he was scheduled to come. Just wish he had a new filter to put in to replace our old one.

Wade HVAC installed our new system in 2009 when we refinished our basement. They’ve handled the maintenance ever since. Great service. The first winter the temp dropped to the mid teens and our drain line froze causing the system to shut down. I placed the call at 2 am and Jimmy Wade, the owner, came out himself and got us back up and running within the hour. That made quite an impression and I’ll never use another company.

Wade Heating & Air installed a new AC/Furnace for me in 2012 and have been performing yearly maintenance since - all at a fair price. They were able to relocate where I change the monthly filter to inside the house, eliminating having to crawl into the crawl space to do it - a huge help! Air & heat have worked wonderfully. They have performed excellent work & service, I highly recommend.

All of the service technicians were extremely polite and professional. We had to replace two units at the same time while also having to re-do duct work and thermostats. Wade Heating & Air did our heating and cooling system during construction of our forever home. During construction I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Wade who was very professional and displayed great concern about our needs. After completion of our home we worked with Mr. Wade and his staff to have our thermostats upgraded to WiFi. They were all very responsive to our questions and ensured we got a great price for the upgraded thermostats and quick appointment to install them. Our AC started blowing warm air yesterday. My wife called Wade and Zach came out immediately. He knew almost instantly what the issue was - gave me an upfront price and had everything corrected and my unit blowing cold air in about 20 minutes. Really appreciate these guys for exceptional service.

Wade took care of my mom same-day when her air conditioner compressor quit during 90+ degree heat. I've always had a good experiences with them but this was really exceptional service.

Our upstairs A/C went out in mid August. I had called my usual service the day it went out but they could not come for 48 hours. After 24 hours without A/C, I called Wade at 10 am. They had someone to me by 11:48 and had my air on by 12:07. Zach the technician was incredibly professional. The office called to let me know he was on his way and when he had arrived so there were no surprises at the front door. Wade Heating and Air called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough good things about this great company.

WADE Heating & Air is the BEST HVAC Repair company to fix your problem. My technician, Adam, came out promptly at the time scheduled, evaluated my problem, explained what was causing the fan not to blow (a small inexpensive part), did the repair and everything was completed in less than 30 minutes. Wow!! I was impressed! I highly recommend them.

As a new homeowner in the Helena, I contacted Wade to come out and review my HVAC system and set up a ongoing plan for maintenance. They were responsive, fairly priced and seemed dedicated to a higher level of service. I feel It was a good choice and look forward to great service.

I used Wade Heating and Air to replace my water heater. The customer service they provided was impeccable. From the day I called them they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Once I reached out for service they were at my home within the next day to install my water heater. I would absolutely recommend their services and use them in the future.

Very friendly and professional. The Technician found a problem with one of my A/C units and showed me a bad capacitor and burnt connection wire. Told me the price up front to fix it. I agreed and it was fixed very quickly.
