The washing machine is fixed. It took 3 visits due to ordering parts, but the price of labor was adjusted since it took extra time to get the correct part ordered and put in. We appreciated their working with us on this. We have used Mr Appliance for many years and have always been satisfied.

Showed up early. Very knowledgeable and found and fix the issue very timely.

We have always used Mr. Appliance for our appliance repairs over the past 30 years. They have always done excellent work for a reasonable price. Recently we had a major problem with our ice maker. Mr. Appliance replaced the ice maker but the new one was not operating properly it barely made any ice. The technician has come twice and made some adjustments and thought it was finally fixed. He came yesterday morning but the icemaker hasn’t made any ice at all in over 24 hours. I have called the contact number many times. It only goes to the answering/scheduling service who takes a message and sends it to the local office with the promise that someone from the local office will call back soon to schedule a technician. I have been told there is no way for them to actually connect me to the local office. I have called about 10times left repeated messages without any return calls. The answering /scheduling person put me on hold a couple of times to call the local office and see if anyone could be reached and no one answered at the local office. I am very frustrated. I am having to continually buy ice for my family because I can’t get this repair done. There is definitely a breakdown in this communication process for this business. I have been a loyal customer for years but going forward I will hunt for other repair options that are more responsive to customers.

Dishwasher door became heavy . Something with the hinges and a rope. He replaced part and we are good.

Justin was on time, friendly, but professional. He identified the issue immediately. He had to order the part and it came in broken. However, he went above and beyond to get one here in town. He had the part in place and oven working in a few minutes. Excellent customer service.

My washing machine was not functioning and was only 3 years old. Larry came out “promptly” (2 days after I called) and said it needed a $250 part and my total repair would be $400. I asked if he was sure this would get it running again and his response was “well that’s what the computer is telling me is wrong.” I decided the $400 was cheaper than a new washer and that I should be able to get a few more years from the machine. Three days later he came and put the part in and left without running the machine. I was able to do three loads of laundry before it broke completely. Larry came back out two days later and said it would take another $250 to fix it this time. I declined the repair and called the office to ask for at least a partial refund for the $400 wasted and was told they would “get back with me.” They didn’t. I wasted $400 and two weeks on them. Won’t be calling them back for anything else.

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. The part arrived within two days and he was back out here and got the washing machine running. I really appreciated his service and how nice he was.

Larry came out yesterday to assess the dryer (took less than 15 min), and then came back today with the part to fix it (took less than 30 minutes). Quick and professional. Definitely recommend.

Had a great experience. Had no waiting wondering if the repairman was going to show up Chase was right on time. He explained everything. He ordered the part, came back again right on time and fixed my refrigerator. He knew exactly what he was doing and worked quickly

Marcus came to look at my washer which wasn't completing any cycles. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in 30 minutes. Glad I don't need a new washer! Great work today! V for victory!

Responded very quickly. Diagnosed the problem, returned the following day with parts to make the repair and provided product advice.

Suggestion. Have technician call before they arrive. Colby did a fine job. He pulled up before 8 AM, no phone call. We were thankful our AM request wasn’t an 11:30 AM. We were up and mostly ready, but still in our sleepwear awaiting a call…we never got. One of your competitors had a shot and totally blew it. Take advantage of their missed opportunity and claim the lead dog spot. Howard

Absolutely TRASH!!! Please stay away from this company. Scammed me out of 500 dollars. I explained in great detail what was wrong with my fridge, they came out said Oo it’s this I paid to have it fixed. Not even a day later it’s back doing the same thing. I call to have it fixed or refunded and they stopped answering the phone. Please do not use this company they will SCAM you!!!

We welcomed Larry, the Mr. Appliance service technician, into our home. Larry was friendly and professional as he went immediately to the task of diagnosis and explanation of the problem, the part needed for our Whirlpool Electric Range, and the time period for completing the installation. The part was avaliable locally and the install occurred the day after diagnosis. We were satisfied with the total cost, the amount required up front, and Larry's job performance. He defined the warranty and ensured follow-up if needed.

Go elsewhere with your appliance service needs. I had a leak with my dishwasher and the guy said I needed a new supply valve. He quoted me 350 for parts and labor and suggested I should just purchase a new dishwasher. I found the part on Amazon for 15 dollars and installed in 10 minutes after watching a YouTube video. I paid this company 99 dollars for coming out just to tell me to replace my dishwasher. Worthless company and service.
