They provide us with parts to perform repairs for our customers. They are very friendly, helpful and prompt!

2.5 Hours, 1 part ($156) and they charged me $1230. Asked for a detailed invoice, nothing. Never again.

Had the tech drive 50 miles to and 50 miles back .My pizza oven was out and he looked at it for 15 minutes and said the problem was a blower motor and fan failure.He then left me a bill for 424$ .The problem was actually a bad capacitor and it cost 65$ installed .The tech from Jones McLeod wanted 2700$ .Only reason I give one star is for Cindy in service .She was the only one there that seemed to care.

We hired them to repair and high temp dishwasher. They were just asked how much it was to fix it. We were given a bid of $1500 and decided to go ahead. About 3 weeks later they "Fixed" it and 10 days later it had "catastrophic" failure. They took no responsibility and the machine had to be thrown out and replaced. I would never use them under any circumstances

Jones-McCleod came to my business a installed a new thermostat on a refrigerated work station. They installed a thermostat that did not work and had to come back and install a correct thermostat. I was charged nearly $300 for the first thermostat and nearly $300 for second thermostat. I called several times to try to resolve this issue and was told they had to call me back. Obviously...I WILLNEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
