From the start I told Susan that I work night shift and I requested for an earlier appointment. The 1st one was 8-10 but the repairman arrived by past 10. Then he had to comeback with the parts that he had ordered by Friday. I called up Susan to please get me an earlier appointment but she gave me 10-12 and promised that if there’s a cancellation for earlier appointment I would be in. But no. And again the repair man arrived late at 12:46. My bedtime is 8-3 and for two days I went to work without enough sleep. So please, be considerate with your customers.
But Houston, the repair man is polite and did a good job, i hope.

The whole team really dealt with our unique situation professionally and with kindness. They were even willing to take a swing at a Swedish Smeg range that came in the house we recently purchased. Luckily it was an easy fix, and now we cross our fingers and say our prayers the unique range doesn't give us anymore problems.

They had quite a job to do!! Our washer was leaking and they had to take the dryer off the top in order to reach the shut off valve. The appliances are in a tiny closet. They got it done without complaints in a timely manner. Very pleased!!

The service man was very courteous and helpful. He explained the work that was required to complete the job. He showed up within the time that was given. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get this type of service. Gabe was very respectful and knowledgeable. Give Atlas appliance repair a call.

Can’t say enough about Atlas. Technician Gabe was so helpful in working around our tightly-spaced setup to diagnose our broken washing machine and get it functional again. Pricing was more than fair and we were not charged for additional work, when we continued to have issues. (The owner also came out during the holidays, which meant a lot.) It feels good knowing the next time we have a problematic appliance, we won’t have to frantically search (and research) for a reliable servicer…we’ll just call Atlas!

Gabe was great! Very professional, gave me some good advice and recommendations. Plus, he was super friendly. I will be recommending Atlas to all of my friends.

I appreciate the communication from Ms. Susan at their office on answering questions, scheduling and courtesy eta. Atlas was wonderful to work with. They cane out the next day after i called and was able to fix my dryer quickly. Houston (the tech) has been doing this for 15 years, and he was extremely knowledgeable of all brands and appliances. We will definitely be using them again

Fantastic service. Explained all so I understood what to do; recommended using liquid electric dishwashing soap to eliminate plugging water sensor. Very professional and polite. Also suggestions for the icemaker that wasn’t working. Recorded all into their system for future reference. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

Jordan was on time and attentive to my questions. He knew pretty instantly what was wrong with my dishwasher and gave me multiple options on how to go about fixing it. The pricing was clear and the repair was done quickly! Great experience!

It’s a starting $200 labor fee to do any sort of work, regardless of time. Would have been nice to know before I called them out, I would have hired a different company. So a 30 minute washer repair job was $350 dollars, seems high.
The repairman was friendly and efficient and they saw me the same day.

Yesterday, I had a beautiful experience with Gabe, the technician who came to my house to fix my washer. He was kind, professional, personable, and honest. My washer is now back to normal and I owe the peace I now have to God and Atlas Appliance Repair. I also had a great experience with Susan setting up my appointment and receiving a follow-up call advising Gabe was on his way. I would highly recommend Atlas to anyone needing a repair at a fair and reasonable price. Great job!

Had a wonderful experience with Atlas Appliance in the Huntsville area! I had never heard of them before but when I saw they had 4.9 star rating and 2k reviews, I thought I would give them a shot. Susan answered my call and was able to get us in the next day for a service call. Houston then came out and diagnosed the problem right away. When the part came in and he came back out to do the repair, he was quick and efficient and fixed our issue right away. He was kind, professional, explained everything to me, and most importantly correctly diagnosed the issue. The pricing was reasonable as well. I know how important these reviews are to potential customers so I wanted to be sure to leave a 5 star review regarding my experience with them! VERY satisfied and will definitely use them and recommend them again!

Repair man was very nice. He explained the problem with my washer and apologized for not being able to repair it. My washer needed a transmission so I have to purchase a new one.

The process of filling out online service request was easy a and the reply was fast. the operator was professional with calling and informing me of arrival time of tech.
