The service technician is was well-mannered, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. All in all, he was fantastic. The repair to our dryer was done quickly and efficiently. We will continue to use Atlas and will in the future, ask if he is available for any repairs we might need.

I had a great experience with Atlas Appliance Repairs. Gabe was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue with my dryer very quickly and had it running again in no time.

I also really appreciated their scheduling flexibility. When I called this morning, they were able to fit me in the same afternoon due to a cancellation. That kind of responsiveness makes a big difference.

Houston was great! Very knowledgeable and professional! Also had great customer fixed our Issue and our Microwave is working like new again. He was on time and in and out. I was so happy we didnt have to wait another day. He had the part on hand.. I called 3 other companies and they couldn't get us in for weeks. Called Atlas and Susan got us right on the schedule next day . She also had wonderful customer Service! Thanks again. So glad I gave yall a call🙂

I enjoyed the level of communication, my service tech was outstanding and very personable, knowledgeable, and did not waste any time, figuring out the problem. The parts were ordered, and they kept me informed on what to expect. Once the Parts arrived, they were out the next day and completed the repair. The warranty is a nice touch as well.

I have been trying to get service care to come do warranty work on a new Thermador Refrigerator since November 2024. I get text on a regular basis stating
“ Message from Service Care: We are still working on the creation of a route that includes your home visit. Thank you for your patience!”. 7 months later I am still receiving the same message. The appliance dealer I bought the refrigerator from finally brought me a new refrigerator. Because they couldn’t get Service Care to come out either.

Service Care did a great job for me! They have a tracking link so you know where you are "in line" the day of service and call 30 minutes prior to arriving. They had to make 2 trips to my house, and both reps were kind and professional. Highly recommend!

My Samsung refrigerator needed repair due to loss of cooling. They were quick to come & assess the problem which required ordering a part. Once the part arrived the technician promptly returned to complete the repair & have my refrigerator cooling again. Excellent work & customer service.

I was referred by my Home warranty company. Contact was was shortly after they received the referral. They worked within my availabilityto schedule. I received texts at every step.. They were right on time, and within an hour he diagnosed and solved the problem.. I was expecting a need for a second visit if parts were needed. Luckily not the case. However if that had been, I think the same prompt attention would have been given. I was very impressed with the total experience!

Fast reliable service. This is 3rd time Ive used Service Care over past 12 years. Glad they still have techs in our area. Ben came out to fix our dryer and was prepared with parts. It was done in less than an hour!

We had an issue with low water pressure in our fridge. Jonathan, our repairman, was very communicative and prompt with sharing his arrival times to our home. After installing a replacement piece on our fridge, he determined that there could be an issue with the water line itself. This led to us discovering and repairing a leak in our crawl space. After returning and testing the original piece he replaced, it was determined to be unnecessary, so offered to refund us for the extra part, which was much appreciated. This also included a year long warranty on the repair. He was extremely polite and professional with me and patient with my children (1 and 3) asking him questions. Will definitely be using Service Care again if we have any appliance issues. Ask for Jonathan!

Our business purchased an expensive Uline refrigerator from a local retailer. We had trouble from the very first day it was installed. The retailer sent out two installation men and they accomplished nothing. When we ask for a service technician, they sent out Service Care, since that is who Uline uses for warranty work (on a brand new frig). Thank goodness! Shannon came out and immediately fixed what they did not do correctly but then had to order an additional part that they also messed up - Shannon was professional and did an outstanding job in taking care of our problem. It is so nice to find someone who really cares about what they are doing. He really knows his stuff! Thank you Shannon and to the local retailer who sent Service Care to us!
