Amazing customer service!!! Jonathan was very thorough with trying to find the discontinued part for my Bosch wall oven. When it became unavailable, he figured out a way to fix the oven on his own. I will definitely use Service Care again!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

We have used Service Care several times over the past few years and they are always my first call when we have an issue with an appliance. Today was the second time Jonathan was sent as a technician. Previously he worked on our freezer and today our dishwasher. He was on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired our issue. Alway professional service from start to finish.

Jonathon K did an inspection and part replacement on our range. He was timely, personable and a very qualified technician. You can’t ask for better.

Service was great but the price was high. The internet from various sites said that valve replaced would cost roughly 100 to 300 dollars. He was here for about 1 hour. The cost was 500.

Ben took care of us for a refrigerator. We had a water issue. It took a couple of weeks cause they had to order part but he took care of it no problem. I like the way they communicate by text and by email.

Very easy to work with and they worked fast. Was able to see the technician's progress throughout the day to get a gauge for when they would be at my house. Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional.

Our technician, Jonathan, showed up on time as per his phone call, diagnosed the repair to our oven, ordered the part, went and picked it up from downtown Birmingham, returned and carefully installed it. He verified it worked, as well as that all 5 burners functioned as designed. Great work by a polite, efficient mechanic making the repair.

Toxey came to fix my fridge through a service call from my home warranty after I had problems with another company. He found the problem, ordered the part, and fixed it promptly. I asked him to look at another issue that the previous service man messed up. Even though it had nothing to do with the work order, he checked it out and fixed that too. He was very friendly! I had no idea he was the owner. I would definitely recommend his service!

Toxey came to fix my fridge and I thought it was going to be upwards of 1,000 for a part. He found a way to fix it for 150.00! He is the best and I highly recommend service care. I have yearly membership and the take care of all of my appliances and I couldn’t be happier

I was having a problem with my dryer not working as it should. Shannon from ServiceCare came out and quickly fixed the problem. He was friendly but got down to business quickly and in a no-nonsense way. He did take the time to explain the cause of the problem and what the fix was, which I appreciated. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Donnie McLemore was my technician and was courteous, competent and overall did an excellent repair and gets an A+ for his service. I have used ServiceCare for many years and have never had an unsatisfactory experience . Thanks Toxey and your dad taught you very well!!!!!
FIVE STARS for everything!

Fixed my mom's Five Star gas stove. Replaced the gas regulator. Little pricey, but they worked with us with discount and the service was great! Ordered the part and fixed the stove on less than an hour.

Spoke with Ken about an issue with my fridge. It was obvious from the start of the conversation I wasn't the type of customer they typically deal with but Ken still spent 20 minutes with me on the phone to help steer me in yhe right direction so I could get the help I needed. I run a business and can tell you from my experiences, if you need the type of service these guys offer then this is the right place for you! These are the type of people y9lou WANT to do business with!
