We couldn't believe how promptly this company responded. They went above and beyond the call of duty at every turn. Prestigious appliance definitely ranks number ONE in my book.

I called this business today and was greatly pleased with the help I received over the telephone. I had a glitch with my 14 year old Asko dishwasher that I love. I had a stopped up sink which put my dishwasher into a continuous drain cycle. I cannot think of the fellow’s name who helped me on the phone, but he walked me through getting it re-set. Super YAY. ( I had just paid the plumber $400 to fix the drain, a first world problem). Also, he told me a couple of things I didn’t know about my dishwasher which were helpful things to know. I live in Tuscaloosa but would certainly rely on this business for future news. Thank you!!

Prestigous Appliance did a great job replacing the glass on our Wolf induction cooktop. Ken did a great job explaining the repair process, scheduling the service call and following up on questions. This is the company to call for Wolf and Sub-Zero repair work.

Ray came and repaired a busted tube on my Cove dishwasher today and also went above and beyond educating me on what detergents I should and should not be using since we have such hard water in our area. Very grateful for that!

Joe Cagle from Prestigious Appliance did a great job with our ASKO washing machine that has been having problems. He figured out the problems very quickly and ordered parts immediately. He also made time to service the washing machine as soon as the parts came in. He then helped us get a replacement washing machine ordered b/c of some problems that are unrepairable while getting our current machine "usable" until the new washer arrives. We were very impressed with his customer service skills.

Easy to work with. efficient, professional, easy to work with. The owner was able to identify when our warranty was for our stove top and ensure that the work was covered. Additionally they we're on time and professional while working with me in our home.. I would definitely use this company again for any sort of repair on my wolf range.

Prestigious Appliance was so easy to work with to repair my "classic" Sub Zero appliances. I was very concerned about their age and low performance. Ken was very reassuring and was able to have a team out quickly to service and repair them. 100% impressed with their knowledge and customer service!

I highly recommend Prestigious Appliance. Ken and William have always been on time, courteous, and helpful when servicing our Wolf and Subzero appliances. Prestigious Appliance has always gone the extra mile in servicing our appliances, even staying late on a Friday evening. Ken and William treated us like family and we wouldn't have anyone other than Prestigious work on our Wolf, Subzero and Cove appliances.

Not sure if this is an isolated incident or part of a targeted effort due to a bad experience with Bob Wallace Appliances, with whom they are partnered to perform service repairs, but my experience has been quite the opposite of many other reviews and quite the eye opening experience as a newcomer to this area.
Had a cooling issue with my ‘classic’ sub-zero wine cabinet & double drawers. After some research I was told this line was discontinued and repair became my only option. I was referred to Prestigious Appliances. Everything seemed great. Joe seemed super professional and knowledgeable and I was told it would need a complete re-build. After some hiccup about pricing for the job (I received 3 different quotes ranging from 1700 to over 4000) I booked them for the job and sub-zero offered a great deal to help with the parts...fantastic above and beyond from sub-zero! I was scheduled for the rebuild ...they were a no-show. My husband took the day off (was told it was an 8 hour repair job) and got attitude from Ken when he mentioned that he lost a days pay waiting.
After some begrudged organizing they were supposed to come the next day. I asked them to bring appropriate floor covering for the hardwood floors and to bring all the parts in their original sealed packaging (as agreed previously). After seeing that request, Ken decided he didn’t want to deal with us and told us to find someone else.
We did....and realized right there that something wasn’t quite right.
1 week later, after months of messing around, waiting for parts, excuses for no-show etc we had another service company look at completing the rebuild.
After 10minutes the tech told us that the fan was mysteriously disconnected from its bracket and laying down in the cavity of the unit causing the temperature of the coils to rise and the unit to overheat....WOW 10minutes...from $4K to a simple fan reposition...how was that not identified...or was it orchestrated on purpose? Either way my cabinet is in great condition and fixed.
If you are moving to Huntsville AL and considering a kitchen full of high-end appliances BUYER BEWARE this town has three suggested service companies and the ‘most reputable’ as pushed to us seemed to be Prestigious Appliances...just not in our case obviously.
Super thrilled we didn’t get ripped off, shame they operate so dishonestly. -
From my first contact they were so courteous and helpful. My repair man, Ray was very knowledgable about my Wolff duel fuel stove. He offered me many helpful tips about my stove and even other appliances in my kitchen. Highly recommend!

Prestigious is excellent at setting up time windows for service so their customers can prepare- technicians called to tell me their approximate arrival time. Their service professionals, Joe and Cody, were very thorough, knowledgeable and prepared, prepped to make sure my floor wasn’t damaged during dishwasher repair, checked that everything worked properly before leaving, cleaned their work area, and they were friendly to boot. I wholeheartedly recommend Prestigious - especially Joe and Cody!

A couple of weeks ago we had them do work on our sub zero. My husband had called to mention our issue of frost in our freezer. He was told the gaskets needed to be replaced. We had them replaced. The worker were nice and seemed knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They also said the motor needed to be replaced, and not knowing anything about what was wrong and needed to be done, I trusted their professional opinion. And maybe it did need to be. I don't know. But I do know the work cost over $1000. While they were working, they asked if we had temperature issues. The only issue was the frost...fast forward a week or so, we noticed the freezer wasn't as cold as it should be...ironically... So, we had them come back to check it out. They then told us we needed the freezer rebuilt for over $3000. And not only that, the employee looked at me and said "yeah, when we were here a couple of weeks ago replacing the gaskets, we asked ourselves why are we replacing these?". When I questioned him as to why he didn't say something to me then about that not being the issue, he just told me he was told that he just needed to come put in new gaskets. I don't care what you were told. If you see an issue and question whether or not the work you're doing is the true fix, an honest worker would say something or verify the issue/look into it further, not just "do what they're told". He did not say one word to me about the issue possibly being something else while he was here. So, he dishonestly did the work of changing out the gaskets and charged us $1000 only to come back and say we need to fork out over $3000 more to fix the real problem. This type of work ethic is absolutely disgusting. Before getting this company to do any work, get a second opinion.
