Wow, I have never been more impressed with a company. The two service techs Cris and Will were beyond professional, clean, helpful, kind, and did whatever they could to help. They even answered questions about other appliances which led me to another service call that I hadn't planned on doing and saved me from having to buy a new fridge. Love these guys

May be a good company but I can't trust a company that can't even send a technician for 5 days. My refrigerator stopped working, so waiting until next Wednesday isn't an option. I am good with the service charge up front and never even asked about a cost, because I need it fixed. I guess dealing with a call center for appliance repair is the wave of the future, but I will look for an actual local company to handle my service.

Ricky, the repair person for Appliance Connection was great, beginning yo end!!! He rang the bell, but didn't receive a response (my 81 yr old mom was home). He called my number, vs leaving, as a few other companies have done.
Once in, my mom called me. Ricky did a diagnostic for the oven and microwave. He was patient enough to listen to me and my mom. He explained the issue to us. He was patient when I had my mom to verify the temperature of the double ovens. According to the temp guage, both ovens, including the broilers, work.
The microwave door needs to be replaced. Hopefully, we will be lucky enough to get Ricky to install it!

Lamar was awesome! He was very helpful on assessment day and was efficient and on-task when he brought back our washer replacement parts to install.

Excellent service. Matt was professional, efficient, and considerate. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair the dryer same-day. He event went above and beyond and cleaned up the laundry room a little. He also explained the problem, options, and information regarding the repair very thoroughly and without prompting. Would absolutely recommend Appliance Connection and Matt.

All the credit goes to Will, our technician who is a great asset to this company. It’s hard to find good/ honest help these days. He is very knowledgeable and knocked the repair out quickly. Appliance Connection was able to work me in same day. The service man, Steven, was prompt and arrived at time indicated. He was able to identify the problem in our '60's model range and ordered the needed part.

Great job by Michael got us hooked up quickly with our dishwasher not draining, had the pump on hand and replaced it. Kept things neat and clean and was very friendly and professional! Very happy.

Will is amazing! We were scheduled immediately for an appointment for a next morning appointment. He was on time, knowledgeable, fast, neat, and went over and beyond to deliver quality service. He even replaced a couple of fluorescent bulbs that had just blown out. Appliance Connection rocks!!!

Quick and easy scheduling, with an appointment available within a day. Doug was prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He fixed the issue the same day and left everything exceptionally clean, and exactly as he found it. He was respectful, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. This was my first time using this service, and I won’t be using anyone else going forward. The entire experience, from scheduling to completion, was top tier.

Scheduling was easy and the tech was great. Tech arrived on the early side of the window that was provided which was appreciated.

The repair (LG Dryer heating element replacement) seems to be solid, though had only been <24 hours since the repair was completed as of the time I’m writing this.

The tech was polite and got the job done quickly.

The only reservation I have is the cost. Credit card processing fees included, the repair came out to nearly $600. I was expecting a range of $400-500 based on my research.

Having run several small businesses myself, adding credit card processing fees explicitly feels like an unforced error. Just bake it into your pricing and skip the negative customer impression.

So two issues there: it was overall more expensive than I thought it should have been and adding credit card processing fees just feels punitive and creates an unnecessarily negative customer experience.

That said, those were the only drawbacks and the reason for four stars instead of five (pricing is NOT the tech’s fault…Doug was great and really helpful).

Scheduling was easy, they were prompt, and the repair seems like it was good quality. In the end, that was worth the premium we paid.
