Marlon was our repairman. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining what he found and what options existed to correct the problems. He quickly gained my trust. I would certainly contact him first if I ever encounter other problems with any of my appliances.

Troy did a great job. He was prompt, organized and knew exactly what to do. Parts were ordered and he came back out and repaired our refrigerator. Appliance Mechanics is now highly recommended.

I had been told I needed a very expensive part for my oven to correct the problem. When I contacted Marlon, owner of Appliance Mechanic, he explained to me how my oven's preheat alert worked, eliminating the need for that high priced part. His honesty and ingenuity saved me a good bit of money. He knows his craft! He is definitely my go to person for appliance repair.

Very efficient with appoi - got 1 within 1 week. Marlon assessed & diagnosed the bottom freezer top glider basket which required bilateral sliding mechanisms. Sadly, the refrigerator was 2008 & 1 side was more expensive than the other as well as parts being difficult to obtain. Marlon located the correct parts on Amazon which I ordered. He will return for installation when the parts arrive. Was able to give my repair estimate to the dollar. Friendly, knowledgeable, timely, helpful, skilled assistance - I would definitely use Appliance Mechanic again!

Troy did a great job and was very nice. Identified the issue quickly (bad heating element) and had the part in his truck. Repair was done in under an hour.

Marlon is always so helpful and a great communicator. He frequently has to come to my parent's house to help them with their appliances and has to then communicate to me what is going on. He always does such a great job!

Great service. Owner Marlon Keller was on-time, friendly and above all did a thorough cleaning of lint from within the cavity of my dryer ( yes this is a thing). My dryer is in the center on my home with a long exhaust to the outside. Even though I get my vents cleaned regularly, it's not enough. I was smelling a burning smell. I was shocked at the amount of lint inside the dryer unit. I'm sure he saved me from a fire. Reasonable rates, top notch gentlemen. BOOK HIM.
