Called this company on the recommendation of a friend and I can tell you this my friend gave us a great recommendation. These folks were kind they were patient and they were prompt and knowledgeable about problem we were having with our washer. Troy Hill, the young man they sent out To troubleshoot our problem arrived on time he asked me briefly to go back over what was happening with The washer and went right to work show. It didn’t take him long to diagnose the problem and we discussed pricing to get it fixed and The cause of the problem. The estimate was about what I thought it would take to fix it. Now my washer is close to 30 years old and I told him that I thought fixing it would be of course cheaper than A new one and that the fix probably would keep it running another 30 years since the washer is in good shape. He came back and fixed it at the appointment time And it’s been humble along ever since very glad to admit this person. Troy is excellent at the job and the company appears to be everything that I’ve heard it is. I’m definitely gonna use them again if I need to

Marlon arrived when they said he would and asked me if I wanted to clean the area where my dishwasher was, the floor was covered in mice crap. I truly appreciated him bringing it to my attention instead of just putting the dishwasher back. He replaced the motor in no time. So happy to have my dishwasher working again!
