Technician did a good job fixing the dryer . However, make sure you understand how much you will be paying before asking them to fix it . Labor fee was expensive imo .

I thought very high charge for problem that took five minutes to fix (belt pop off). Guy on phone said 100 to come out / at that price you got 200 for ten minutes of work. Sorry but felt deceived. Guy did fix and running well , but feel very disappointed.

Justin was very polite,, patient,,and knew what the situation was. He was able to fix problem without a mess. Again he was pleasant. Thank you to him and the service

It is so hard to find reputable businesses that stand behind their work. I called OTM Appliances because the top part of my refrigerator wasn’t cooling. The appliance company I called first needed three days and that’s just too long when you have food spoiling. Carter and Wade came out the next business day and were friendly, articulate, and professional. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. They explained everything before and after completing the job. I wholeheartedly will use their services in the future.

I admittedly did not have the initial best experience, but Carter (the owner] made it right. He provide uncompromising service, explained everything in detail, and gave me his honest professional opinion. I truly felt informed and empowered to make the right decision (which was to replace the gas stove). Many thanks!

Very poor job…employee shorted out my bake element, started a fire and burned a rug and scorched hardwood floors in kitchen. After repair, only worked for about 14 days..came back, basically damaged trim on my slide in unit….couldn’t repair. I ended up having to buy a new range…I would not recommend….they did poor work, caused damaged and didn’t compensate for repairs. I would suggest using someone else that will answer phone and return call….took me over a month to get my refund for my overpayment. Owner asked if he could leave cash in my mailbox, never heard of a business doing cash recompensation and wanting to leave in mailbox.

I called OTM to repair my dryer that was no longer working. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day and their technician was on time and was able to solve my problem. Wade was absolutely incredible and I would not hesitate to recommend him and OTM for any appliance problems you may have.

The Technician quickly diagnosed the issue, secured the part and installed it within a few days. The best part of the service was the Technician's kind-friendly attitude; and his professionalism. OTM will be my go-to for any future appliance repair.

Great experience! I would definitely use them again for any future appliance repairs. Loved the texting to let me know they were on their way. We needed a part for the repair. Wade went to get the part and came right back to complete the repair.

I had an issue with my washing machine so I googled appliance repair and read all of OTM’s excellent reviews so I contacted them. I always check reviews when I’m searching a company. I 100% know why OTM has such excellent reviews. Justin and Wade were extremely nice and professional! They diagnosed the problem pretty quick and did not try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely call them again when I have an appliance issue. I highly highly recommend OTM Appliance Repair!!

Ben came to our house, exactly when he said he'd be here. He got to work troubleshooting where our washer was leaking from. He found the source of the leak, ordered a replacement part and said he could install it the next day! True to his word, he arrived ON TIME and installed the new part on our washer. While the original part had been discontinued, he was able to install this other part with a good bit of skill learned from working on washers over the years. I would definitely call Ben at OTM Appliance Repair in the future. He is honest, professional and knew what he was doing - start to finish!

OTM Appliance Repair’s staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. I have called them out to repair 2 different appliances, my fridge and my dishwasher, and both times they were easy to schedule and were able to diagnose the issue quickly and repair it that day, letting me know of any other potential issues that could arise and how I could handle those scenarios. Very easy to work with, if I have more problems in the future I will call them again.

Absolutely fabulous to work with, came with out any hesitation. Asked questions about what the problem was and model numbers. When he got here he had parts based on the description of my problems, tested questionable components, replaced faulty ones and cleaned the internals and reassembled the appliance. Justin came to look at our dryer. I originally thought it was a heating issue but he figured out the motor was actually overheating and walked me through everything. I decided not to go through with the repair since it would cost more than getting a new dryer but he was honest, kind, and efficient. Really appreciate the transparency.

Called in at 9am, problem fixed by noon. I had a blocked dryer vent.
Ist tech came out and diagnosed the problem. Second tech brought the specialty truck with the cleaning machine within 2 hours.
Both techs, Wade and Justin, were professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Reasonable price too.

Ben with OTM Appliance came out to service our washer. He was very knowledgeable, ordered the part and came back the next day to make the repair. Took less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this company. All of our interactions have been professional and friendly.

Carter and Justin were answers to prayers. My 92 yo mom needed urgent help to get the water turned off that was overflowing from the icemaker into the freezer drawer and ultimately the kitchen floor. (Our hands were just not strong enough to completely turn off water at valve.) Her warranty was useless in getting us help to immediately resolve issue. Carter dispatched Justin to assist with our emergent request when other companies couldn’t assist us to for 4-14 days. Justin quickly assessed our problem, got the water turned off, gave her a reasonable quote, and ordered the part. They were kind, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and so very professional. They communicated well via text/phone and showed great compassion to my Mom, even going beyond to help her remove heavy freezer drawer with 4 inch thick block of ice out, dumped and back in its rightful place. I could not recommend them more highly.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Carter is an extremely honest businessman- going above and beyond when he did not have to. Because of many factors, he was ultimately unable to fix our washer after spending hours on end attempting. He refunded the part that was used for an attempted fix and was honest along the way. Most companies would have charged us for everything and left it to us still broken down. I cannot recommend his business enough.
